The order was done quickly and efficiently. My only regret is that I did not check the quality of the copying of the pictures in the family history ahead of time (from the usb that was used). Some of them did not turn out well at all.

Lindsey responded incredibly fast to my emails and questions! Their prices are incredibly fair! I needed 250 invitations printed and searched around for printing places. I designed my invitations on canva and just needed them printed on 5x7 card stock. Other companies were asking 2-3x the price as well as a few days to a week processing time. Alphagraphics offer 1 day processing and same day for a reasonable price. And my invitations were beautiful! Thank you!

A lovely lady by the name of Lindsay walked me through the procedure and listened patiently to all my questions and concerns. She could not have been more patient and informative. I had large books I needed to be printed. Each book had up to 400 pages each. There was typed information along with clip art as well as photographs. They were to be covered with a sturdy, beautiful binding.During the process there was just one problem, when I brought it up to Lindsey she immediately brought the manager Mike Butler out to talk to me. He patiently listened, smiled confidently and assured me he would see that the problem was quickly resolved. And he did just that, and more!I could not be happier with the books, they are even more beautiful than I dared hope for. I could not be more pleased with AlphaGraphics. I have one additional book of the same size that I need to get printed this month. This time I will have no concerns. There were a lot of little changes that had to be made throughout the process, but the service was quick and so was the reply. Very easy to work online with and not too time consuming. Very professional and worth the time.

When I emailed for a price, I fully expected to have to wait a few days. Considering that it was a Friday, I definitely expected to have to wait at least a week for my prints. Alpha graphics got back to me within the hour of me emailing for a quote and I had my prints by the end I did the business day! I am so impressed with the speed but also the quality! Incredible. I went in without much knowledge on how to print but their team was so unbelievably helpful, specifically Les Snarr. She worked with me one on one and helped me to print and bind 3 books I had created for a graphic design application. I had several specific requests and she helped me make sure everything was perfect. I was also going out of town a few days after I had brought my project in and she catered to my needs and was able to get my books done so I wouldnt have to worry about it while on vacation! Ive used the Orem store for a business window logo and for invitations. The business logo included a barber pole and they advised me to apply it to the window carefully because it might chip since it was not what they normally do at this location. And sure enough, it chipped.....I was not happy about the chips but I could live with them, so I ordered a bunch of invitations from them. The invitations were printed and looked terrible. So they tried reprinting and there was no change. Then they sent the pictures to Lehi, and while the quality looked much better, the cards were not cut out properly so the bleed area that they created by mirroring the image still showed a bit so the pictures look really add at the bottom.I wish that was all of it but the zip codes for the NE were not formatted like I submitted and the leading 0 was dropped off leaving 4 digit zip codes. So in addition to reprinting the envelopes, and forgetting to give us the missing blank envelopes, they had to reprint some invites because they shorted us what we paid for.This entire process was supposed to take a day but between trying to explain myself via email, in phone, and in person, it took 4 days. I couldnt be more displeased with their lack of quality.

Bill got me a quote within hours of submission online. He allowed me to pick up envelopes early and pay the deposit in person (so I could get started on addressing) - I was quoted a 48 hour turnaround time, but my invitations were done the next day!The printing and customer service was excellent!

Weve primarily worked with Auburn and have been able to successfully complete several big projects on very tight time constraints.They helped us prepare and print a professional operations manual and ensured that the files we sent were high enough resolution to print well. We later asked them to help us create a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall map printed on sheet metal for our office. Even with less than 48 hours notice, they were able to pull it off and hand-delivered the custom-made map to our office. We have been so impressed by their outstanding customer service and willingness to help us accomplish anything, regardless of size or time constraints. Thank you, Alphagraphics!
