Ok company being run by a bunch of clowns. They just tried to terminate my coworker today for not doing extra translation work between phone calls (which totally affects pay), while literally we have other people watching episodes of Rick and Morty between and on calls. The guy is also physically handicapped—literally has to use a cane to get around—and has severe back problems. Still, that didn’t stop the guys upstairs from trying to milk him for his talents. That’s workplace abuse, you middle management buffoons. Fortunately, my buddy got the drop on them and quit first once they denied him the extra pay for the extra work. Also, they lie about pay. They bait you in with a promise of high pay then knock you down a few dollars just because they can. I’m quitting as soon as I can find a new place to work at. Upper management take note: your middle management dopes are scaring away talent and try to take advantage of your workers. Screw this place. Another otherwise decent company being run by unprofessional goons. I take comfort in knowing that once I leave, these “higher-ups” will keep working in their dead-end jobs until somebody younger and better replaces their expendable positions. Lol.

This company took advantage of my husband translating legal documents for them and he had to fight to get pay for it at all. My husband as well will need surgery on his back from a car accident and was told that by taking care of this medical condition would be choosing if he wanted to work here or not. The business is interested in themselves and themselves only. Managing is done by family and most likely not qualification. They take advantage of their employees and who knows about their customers. I’d think twice before giving them my social security number. This area is filled with companies that pay similar and also look out for their employees and their personal growth. There is no reason to give this company the time of day.
