I went in for a copy of my W2 today and the lady behind the desk was able to help me but she was snippy and didn’t seem like she really cared a lot. They were also playing music with expletives while I was there. I run a small business in Provo but after today’s experience I think I’ll do payroll through another company.

Avoid at all possible lengths. Been trying to get my W2 login reset for over 3 weeks and they transfer me to departments that don’t answer and no one can help. Disguising actions in their part in this dire pandemic when people we to file their taxes to get the stimulus. I would rate 0 if that were an option. I am filing a complaint with the BBB right after this.

What a great company to work with. They have the most friendly staff that I have ever worked with. I have found them to be very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I have been approached by DPA to do our payroll services, but I would not think of changing with the help I have gotten from Alliance. When it comes to payroll taxes out of state or garnishing an employees wages they have always been there to help. They are very helpful in every way. What a relief to have them take care of these things which would keep me from running my company out in the field and use my time to get the next job.
