Not really sure how I can best describe my experience with Alpine Storage other than.. it wasn’t great. They pride themselves on security, but 5 days into our contract our storage unit was broken into and a bunch of stuff was stolen. When we filed a police report, Alpine storage wasn’t able to provide any details in regards to cameras or who used the keypad login that day and there was no way for them to determine who and how our storage unit was broken despite their drastic “security measures”. The only saving grace was that Alpine Storage does require you to have insurance through them when you sign a contract - that is why I don’t feel fair to give them one star because some faculties don’t require insurance. Despite there being signs and a threat of fines about not rushing the gate, I saw multiple cars go through all at once so I don’t think that security rule was very enforced. The unit themselves (specifically the one we had) was rather nice - no complaints there. Beware your stuff will get dirty but I expect that to happen at most storage facilities. The price was nice and that’s another bright point. So overall price and cleanliness was fine and worthy of two stars - but I wouldn’t trust their security and I won’t ever feel safe leaving my stuff here again and that’s why I can’t give more than 2 stars.

Had a great time setting up my Unit. Alpine storage made it really easy to get a unit, set up automatic payments and then be on my way! Will definitely be coming back if I ever need to store anything again!

I was especially impressed with Alpine Storage. After COVID shut down schools and my work, instead of staying in Utah, I planned to fly home to California for the summer. I needed a place to store my vehicle and belongings while I was home. A.S was quick to help despite my last minute requests. In less than 1.5 hours my things were stored away and my contract completed. I had no issues at all. Staff was always friendly, especially the manager on site, Narisha. She was always very patient and happy to help.I would recommend this storage unit company to anyone looking for impeccable, reliable, fast, professional, and friendly services.

Absolutely amazed by the effort the stuff put into opening my unit. After struggling to get the unit open. The lock refused to open after 2 years of sitting. They went above and beyond the call of duty and got my lock open. They couldve just told me to get a lock Smith but nope they went above and beyond what they were required to do. For the times we were in and how tight my budget is right now. Im beyond impressed and very thankful to the alpine storage staff.

I have been renting a 10 x 10 storage unit from this company for over a year. And I truly believe they are the model in which storage units should be run. In that year, Ive experienced great customer service and anytime that I’ve been unable to pay or needed a few extra days to get the money to them. They have always responded to help out and give me the extra time needed. If you’re thinking about a place to store your belongings that mean something to you? Go with them. 👍🏻👍🏻

We have used Alpine Storage for the last 6 months. They were easy to set up, gave us a free lock and 25% off our first month. I let them know 4 weeks in advance that we were moving so they changed our date so we only got charged until our move-out date and not for the whole month. They were friendly and easy to work with. The unit was a little dirty, but everything stayed dry and safe, and their cost was lower than the local competition.

Helpful staff! Theyre security is awesome so you dont have to worry about your crazy x-wife/husband/whatever they are getting into your stuff and stealing all of it! Also, one of the girls husband who didnt even work for the company helped this guy out who just purchased a unit. Looooooonnnnggggg story short there was a lightning storm that night, and the guy helped them unload the whole truck just before it started raining pretty hard. Amazing!!!! Who does that? The girl, Sarah I think her name was, she got us processed pretty quick and at what Id say was a decent rate. Moving sucks as it is and that just made the end of the process something to feel good about.

Love this storage company, location, and their managing staff. Alpine Storage is #1 in my book, I highly recommend them!

Alpine storage is a great place to store your things. It is safe, and easy to access. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke. Really small units that are just full of dust and filth. They charge way too much, especially for what they have to offer.And finally and what is usually most important to people. The office staff are some of the most uneducated, socially retarded, and the one gal, Sarah is the rudest, most ignorant, uneducated joke of an employee. I will never figure out what would possess someone to hire someone like that. She makes it so people dont want to rent there and i know of others that moved out due to Sarahs sparkling personality.

Pretty old and run down... but hey, its storage! best price around! the ceiling height is also very appreciated. very high up and allows for pallet racks to fit.

Alpine Storage in Orem is conveniently located just off 800 north and very close to the I-15 on/off ramp. The facility is secured with gates and entry codes. The aisles between the buildings are large enough to get a large moving truck in and around. The office staff is friendly and courteous. I have benn a tenant for several years and have paid out about two years in advance.

Good units. I got a 10x20. Friendly staff. Not open very late. Locked out at 8pm and opens kinda late in morning

Where they are secure, my particular unit F54 had a gap between the door and the ground...when the wind blew, it apparently blew all the dirt into my unit all over my things, which went clear to the middle of the large unit..... Not just the stuff up front. Is only use them again if I could get a unit where the door closed fully.

Weve had several units now. Fair prices, but seriously dirty. Cover anything you want to preserve. It doesnt matter the size or location of the unit, everything gets covered in a layer of dirt.

Decent storage. Management and customer service is good. The units are worn and some of the doors have issues.

We used the location in Orem to store our things temporarily. From the beginning they gave us a great quote and had the size we needed. We had to move our things the day before the month ended and unlike other places they pro-rated the amount so that we didnt have to pay $100+ for the last two days of the month.We had some issues come up with our move where we needed an additional week aside from the month we used it and they worked with us so that we didnt have to pay the full month. We had to work out a lot of the details over the phone when we were already moved on the other side of the U.S. and all the staff there were friendly and prompt. The location was great and the units were clean. Would recommend them to anyone!!

Look elsewhere first and only use Alpine Storage as a last resort!!!Our unit had multiple cracks in the floor which resulted in settling and uneven surfaces which made it hard to stack things in many places. It was also very dirty when we took possession and on more than one occasion we showed up and found most of our belongings covered in dust. Obviously the result of wind. We have never experienced this in other Storage units that we have rented in different facilities. We were on their auto bill program and even though we checked out of our unit 2 weeks before the next billing cycle they refused to give us the remaining 2 week credit. They said that it was against their policy to issue credits for unused time and that this policy was clearly explained in our contract. Maybe so, but still not a very customer friendly policy. We will be sure to consider other options in the future.

Its close cheeper than i expected and very straightforward about availability

They were told several times leave our account alone we will pay by check they have been told several times and refuse to leave our accounts alone. Causing us financial hardships with overdrafts. Go somewhere else is my recommendation.

I called at 5:30 pm on the 10th day after my due date to pay my monthly fee so I wouldnt get a late fee of $12.00. Was told that it was after hours and would be charged an after hours fee of $15.00. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and her child kept screaming in the background. I wasnt going to pay the after hours fee so I paid the following Monday and was charged a late fee instead. What a freaking joke this place is. I asked her who the owners are and she said she cant give me that information. I am going to be getting my belongings out of storage at this place and taking my business somewhere else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Kind of disappointed with the level of cleanliness. I went to go sign a contract on a storage unit with Alpine Storage and they showed me a filthy unit with HUGE gaping cracks all over the floor. Very tight. Hard to get a car in.

Worst storage units ever. You cant access your unit after 8pm. The entrance is a nightmare causing huge bottlenecks getting in or out.
