When I came home after the oil change, oil was leaking heavily. Tried to contact someone from service and did not return my call. I live 40 mins away from Orem and used to happily do the trip because I trusted their service. A few months ago they lost a cap for the windshield wipers fluid and did not take responsibility but I decided to give them a chance. Since each time it gets worse, I will find another service center.

I just picked up my 98 Prelude from the service department. This summer, Ive spent a total of $2500 or so to get the starter and battery replaced, get the AC refrigerant recharged, resolve how its been overheating and to see about why it idles rough. $2500 later, it starts, the AC still isnt cold, it nearly overheated as I drove it home from getting repaired and the rough idling apparently would be best fixed by an engine swap.Interestingly, they didnt notice the overheating when they were doing the first round of repairs (the starter and recharging the AC), nor did they notice that coolant leaking (which became a puddle within minutes of bringing it home from the first round of repairs) and the invoice says they only replaced one tube (though I could have sworn the advisor told me that they found multiple tubes that were leaking coolant -- or maybe I just dreamed that).You know that feeling where you just wasted a bunch of money on something, and youve lost all confidence in both the car and the ones who serviced it?Thats how I feel right now. I dont think I want to take my car back to this service department. If you think you might be in a position like mine, you might want to avoid this place too. Just my two cents.Oh, and I tried to have the advisors communicate with me via email. This resulted in even the most minor questions (eg. Is my car ready to be picked up?) taking multiple days to get a response -- which I only got by calling their service center, using the just give me SOMEONE option of the IVR and having to get someone to dig up information on my car.Seriously, nothing about this service department impressed me. Not in the least.

Ive been here twice now, both times I was helped by the incredible Jer! My service has been nothing less than the best. I am updated consistently about my cars status while I wait! And not to mention the really cool coffee machine in the waiting room. Its so nice to be able to work while Im getting my service done on my car. Thanks for keeping me going all the time!

Poor service, did not order parts they said they were ordering, did not follow up at all when i dropped off my car on schedule this morning, and now after 9 calls within hour, they said it wont be ready until the next day

I had an issue with my car battery yesterday and I was not satisfied with the initial findings of its performance. Joe, my Service Advisor, did an exceptional job by making sure a diagnostic was performed and that I was taken care of. Joe was very helpful, followed up when he said he would and was respectful. Ken Garff Service showed me great service again!

I had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed at Ken Garff yesterday. Jay Taylor was so hospitable and full of customer service and he was an even the employee assigned to me for my oil change. Do you even shared his private stash with me where he kept a very delicious tea. He made sure I was well taken care of and inquired of my comfort often.Scott West took care of my car and made sure I understood everything he was kind about the repairs that were needed on my vehicle and he was not a pushy salesman at all. It was very nice working with him, and he was very professional. That’s two employees and one visit which is shocking these days when it comes to customer service.

I love getting my car serviced here! They are always so kind and helpful. The appointments are easy to schedule. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Popcorn, soda, and coffee. The kids area is also very clean which is impressive compared to most kid waiting areas. Ill always get oil changes here.

Ive now had two bad experiences with this dealership. About two years ago, I came in for a diagnostic as my car was hesitating to start. After 4 hours of waiting, they never found the issue but did give me a list of $4,500 of unrelated repairs that they recommended. The worst part is they still charged me for the diagnostic even though they never figured it out.Today, I had an appointment for service. I made the appointment a few days before so I wouldnt have to wait too long. When I got there, they said there were 13 other cars ahead of me and that they couldnt get to my car until the next day. Not sure why they have an appointment system if they dont follow. I dont trust these people at all after two horrible experiences. Ill never go back there. Dont waste your time or money here, because it will literally just be a waste of both.

Had a great experience getting a potential purchase inspected at this dealer, they were thorough and very prompt, got me in and out within an hour. They gave me the confidence to go ahead with my car purchase and I was very impressed with them!

Very Knowledgeable Staff. I live about two and a half hours away from Orem, and needed to have my car checked, before driving home back home after dark. They made the adjustment, and without charge, sent me on my way.I give them five Stars .. Wish I could give them Ten Stars. ☺⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

They took several minutes to even acknowledge I was waiting for service. They then wanted to charge $450 to recharge the freon in my car. Bad service and overpriced.
