Employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. Ive made several orders through them for Lovejoy couplings and bearings and have been pleased with the service they provide.

I was quoted a price of 87.12 from the applied industrial sales rep for a bearing set that I needed asap. I found the same bearings online for $55.00 to $85.00 And made the decision to purchase from applied rather than to wait the additional time to receive the part from an online purchase. I sent the employee performing the repairs to retrieve the bearings from the storefront where the parts were being held. The employee returned afterwards and noticed that he had been charged $175.87 plus the applicable sales tax. He informed me of the over charge and I called the sales rep that I had previously spoke to. He apologized and said you can bring the bearing back if you would like. I needed repairs completed and asked him to honor his quoted price. He told me that he could not do that but he would drop the price to &140.00. A far cry from the quote price provided. I will only purchase from applied in an emergency. Lesson learned.
