Charissa is the best! Went in for a cut, added layers and died my hair a deep burgundy! She was professional and super friendly. She turned my hair from nothing into amazing!!! I am so happy with the work she did. And will continue to go back to her. I highly recommend her. And its nice to have a great conversation while getting your hair done! Thank you so much girl!

For what you pay the service is excellent. This is not a high end salon yet they take their time and give you what you ask for. Came for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. Very happy with my services. Clean, sanitized and masked! The only reason for 4/5 stars is the wait time and the time my stylist had to take out to answer phones. The owner should really get them a receptionist or answer the phones for the stylists.

Great job for a first time hair cut, I always struggle stopping in some place new to sit in a chair to have my hair for the first. Lol especially when it’s been a month or so sense last hair cut. Not from Ohio, and been looking for a higher end place just because, and couldn’t ever book anything due to schedule, decided couldn’t wait another day so book a haircut on line real quick. Came out perfect, and again for have a crazy mess of a hair, I feel like she nailed it.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. The lady seemed to have no idea what she was doing and never blew off any of the during the haircut and never told me she didn’t have any idea how to do a fade. I was from out of town and told her to stop before making it worse I’ll get my regular barber to do it when I get home. I had a funeral to go to so I was trying to save time by getting it cut before I get back home. Now my hair looks like something from flock of seagulls and can’t do anything but wear a hat until I get back to Texas.

Was there when they opended then was asked to wait out in car for 5 mins then come bk on no problem but when i got back in they took 2 others in frt of me. Td me if i dont have a appt i cant get in why not tell me that when i was first in there made me wait 35 mins for nothing bad management

I went in with hair. I came out with less hair. Since that was exactly what I was paying for, Id say it worked out well for everybody. Also, nobody shaved their initials into the back of my head, and thats always appreciated.

My husband and I came here yesterday to get him a haircut for his work Christmas party that we was attending that night. As we walked into the door, the lady supposed to be checking us in was in a personal call, and didnt seem to care that she had a job to do and to take care of personal issues on break. We waited for 10 minutes for her to end the call. The women who cut my husbands hair did a better job talking then concentrating on his hair. His hair is uneven, lines horribly and she left hair all over the back of his neck and all over his face. Unsatisfied with his haircut he is very quiet and just was ready to leave. With the price of how much it cost, and how bad it was, we will never do business at this establishment ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would. 10/10 do NOT reccomend.

I went in to get my hairs shortened a little bit more because I was due for a trim up and I also needed to pick up some products and one of them that is the only place I can find it besides Amazon and they had a special going on with the Bed Head products - Buy one, get one 50% off. They were both $20 each and I could have gotten them way cheaper online, but I didnt feel like waiting a week to get them depending on the prime price - vs- other sellers. The one I needed now! The young lady that cut my hair did a very clean and efficient job and I styled my own hair because I had somewhere to go and had my stuff with me. LOL! I really love that place! The girls are very social and I have seen them put up with some BS there with a smile. That is a career that I could have never gone into not with my short fuse. But thats their livelihood and how they feed their families and pay their bills so kudos to them! 👍

Ripped knots out of my hair, had a sink full of hair that the stylist sam damaged... asked for vivid colors, vivid pink with purple highlights... stylist started coloring without enough pink... So she decided she was dying my hair purple with blondish pink something in my hair.. ran out of pink then made up a totally completely other color and said oh well they shouldnt notice this... when I pointed out the minimal pink eye not covering the hair I was told no it was fine... well no... it wasnt.... had my nieces hair done the same time again supposed to be pink and purple highlights... turned out to be purple with just a few pink highlights because there wasnt enough pink.... got dye on my shirt.... after all this Im ready to explode and was told I was receiveing a full refund.... which doesnt take away the damage, nor can I have my hair bleached again to fix it due to the damage, but she only refunds part of what I paid to my husband... doesnt apologize, doesnt even look me in the eye!!! Dont go to Sam to get any chemical work if you value your hair!!!

The girl that normally does my sons hair was not there but I had a coupon that was about to expire so I used somebody else and she did not do a very good job on his hair, next time Ill be willing to give up the coupon just so I can use the girl that normally cuts his hair, coupon should last a little bit longer so we dont have to lose them if our regular hair person is not there.

I dont recommend getting eyebrow wax. I went in there to get them done I got told my eyebrows were to thin to shape them... But the lady proceeded to try and do so for me anyway. At the end of the waxing....I was left with one eyebrow that was shaped correctly and looking full. And one that was super thin rounded And curved over. I went home in tears and cried over an hour...thinking of how uneven they were. I let her know in the shop there were things I did not like about them, she told me to tell her what I did not like about them and then she can do....this and do that....Yet the thing was is that theyre already too thin.... there was nothing more I would have wanted her to do!! All Im saying is this I will not be going back there!!! I guess Ill be trying to regrow them back and get them done somewhere else!!!

Service sucks. went in at 3:50 on a sunday when they close at 4, refused to give me a haircut because “it takes 15-20 minutes to get a haircut” so they would be going over time. offered to pay extra and they refused too, sad part is, is that they were cutting another persons hair as they said they wouldn’t do mine.

The experience of the ladies here have increasingly gone downhill. I have witness people walk out due to the fact they didnt know how to do certain things.

Paid 15 dollars for a terrible haircut and she didnt even dry my hair a little but she also didnt even blow the extra hair off that she cut was there maybe 10 minutes I have been going to this one on navarra for a while but they have been terrible the last couple times I think they need new management I will find somewhere else to go
