Extremely happy with the work completed by Don and his team. We had 8 stumps removed. He did not only listened what we had to say, he incorporated what we said into his work and made it happen. Extremely responsive and accountable with the work and timeline. Touching base at every step of the process making sure everything was going according to plan. Very pleased with the work done to grind the large stump on 3/29/21. Steve did a thorough job of grinding the stump and roots down well below the ground. He left the pile neat and tidy. Don’s estimate was very reasonable and the lowest of three. I would absolutely recommend his service.

These guys work hard and the results show when done. I had four stumps removed (two stumps were four feet in diameter and a foot or two above grade), top soil put in place and grass seed/hay laid down. I didn’t think the biggest stump could be knocked down level and flat to the yard, but they did it. I put some sprinklers out on a timer and less than a week later the grass is already growing in!!! Nice work, professional and responsive all the way through the process.

Don is a miracle worker! After having a few trees removed from our property, we were left to fend for ourselves with the remaining stumps. I called a few stump removal companies for quotes. Because our house sits atop a 4 foot retaining wall, we were repeatedly told there was no way to get a stump grinder onto the property. Don was unfazed. He said he specialized in doing difficult jobs like mine. He showed up with a stump grinder mounted in the back of his truck, and proceeded to remove our stumps quickly and cleanly. Don is very professional and very reasonably priced. I would HIGHLY recommend Don to anyone who needs stumps removed.

We just used Stomp Chompers again, this time for his Dumpster service. We had a unique situation requiring our dumpster to be delivered and removed in the same day for a commercial project.Don assured me this would not be a problem, true to his word, the dumpster was there bright and early, and was removed at the end of the day.Great customer service, and fair pricing. As it was before it was completed on time, within budget and the team was very respectful of social distancing measures. First was about a year ago we did 3 stumps between my house and my neighbors, his price was great and the work was impeccable. This season I needed one stump done and when reviewing the work to be completed, we also set up work to configure a pad for my new shed with crushed stone. So in addition to grinding a stump and then leveling the yard with additional screened soil, we did the shed prep as well. Fast, clean, top notch work. Do not hesitate to call Don for anything!!!

The power company came by and asked me if they could remove all of the pines on one side of the yard. After conferring with Don; I told them to proceed. They left some massive, ugly stumps behind but by the time Don was through you couldnt even tell - the ground is level, free of stumps, and without the piles of roots that previously intertwined throughout. I usually dont talk numbers but I really have to here because of what a deal I know I got. I hired a tree cutter to cut down quite a few trees on my new property. I then had the same vendor quote me to remove the left over stumps. I was quoted $1600 for just my front yard by that same vendor that cut down the trees. I decided to call Stump Chompers for a quote just to see if my original vendor was inline with the market. Don did my stump grinding in my front yard as well as my back yard for $1000.
