Unorganized, excuse maker, need to call them to follow up missed pick up loads

Worst customer service I have ever had they called me to schedule a delivery I took half a day off from work to only get called around the delivery time to tell me they did not go out for delivery.... I called to try and go down and pick up my tires ...they said call back ..... I called back then they said they couldnt find my tires.... Called today still couldnt find them .... So I called the company I purchased the tires from .they called and all of a sudden they magically found them .... I really hope they stop using them for their logistics horrible service

We made an appointment to pick up the pieces a week ago. But the truck has not come. Customer service is very bad! Please consider this company carefully before using this company!！！！！

Horrible business. My pallet sat in Fontana, CA for three days. The freight was only going 100 miles and we could have easily picked this up ourselves and saved 2-1/2 days. As a small business, hours are crucial let alone days. Next time we will do it ourselves and save the money!!!!

Scheduled between 12 and 3 and they want to come between 4 and 5. The only reason I found this out is because I called. Horrible shipping company. Theyre lucky it dealer uses them or id totally avoid this company.

Garbage service, never show up ,The scheduled pick up time on Monday. Right now its already Thursday still did not show up. No more cooperation.

I dont want to give them a one star, okay we called earlier today 10am, and there is driver coming between 2~3, and i got pick up number. 2:30 pm I called because i want to make sure they are coming or what, and they said they can not contact with driver, but driver is around. We extend the last call 5pm to 6pm. On 6pm they didnt show up, so I called a minute ago and what they told me is it has been rescheduled on Monday. Okay I dont get mad to wait, but they dont let me know about the changes I gave my work phone number, and cell phone number if there are any changes they said yes on 2:30pm, and 6:00pm they told me that I am the one who have to call every hour to make sure is there any updated or notI didnt ship my shipment yet because it is friday and they are coming on monday. But we have sent out LTL truck company and this company is worst, and every caller or service center changes the word. Monday I will call every single hour if there is any update or what.

Unfortunately I am forced to use them working with AmazonReddaway has repeatedly proven grossly incompetent in scheduling and following truck requirement instructions. I also experienced what seemed to be management advising customer service to lie to customers by telling them that there pickup was “on board” for today and that the truck would be there by 5pm. And then repeatedly didn’t show up.They are one of the most disorganized incompetent companies I have ever seen. 6 times over the past 6 months they have ignored my pickup and lied to me over the phone, telling me for 5 days in a row that my pickup was on board and then they never show up. Theres a bunch of puppets in their call center feeding BS to customers about pickups. So so so bad. Stay away

One star is way too many for Reddaway. This is a very unprofessional, very unwilling to work with you company. I dont recommend. I pray that Reddaway goes out of business.

The worst customer service girls I have ever had to deal with. The man who helped me was kind. Every woman in this office was awful, rude and down right nasty. Dont ever do a will call here. Pick a different company entirely for your freight needs.

There customer service is a joke, you cant understand half of what there saying, and they are not trying to understand you. Had an engine shipped with them, and the whole thing was a nightmare from beginning to end.

One week and they havent pick up my Amazon shipment, the worst of the worst, this company should be out of business, i guess theres no manages or people responsable at this place..

I called in morning at 8:30am to ask for a pick up time.I was told they can come to my location to pick up after 4pm. I have a full time job so i had to ask for half day off just to wait for them at the pick up location. However, they did not show up so I called again around 5:30pm, i was told the pick up was re-scheduled to the next day for some unknown reason.After so many times (100+ time) dealing with trucking company, this is the first time getting ditched.

This place moves a lot of freight. Quality handlers
