Dr.Z and blanca were very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr.Z knew the procedure at hand and provided an explanation before doing anything. They completed the fillings in a timely matter with no rush. He made sure I was doing well throughout the whole time.

Karen was quick with the exam. She got me my treatment, it was pretty fast. And she’s very nice and kind hearted.

Great staff. Friendly and fast service. Dr.. Hyder and his assistant Jazmin were great. They explain and talk to my daughter about the whole process. We were able to be done in 15 minutes. Flor and Isabel are great. They were able to answer all of my questions about my childrens. And also meet the needs for them

The office staff was great they had a log wait time but they communicated very quickly and were very patient I came in yet and had to come back today because their machine was not working. Absolutely love the service at Dental. They have the best staff! Ms. Ebony took care of all my questions and concerns from the minute I walked in. I was super nervous because I hate having dental work done. But after meeting with Ms. Ebony, I felt more at ease and comfortable with taking the next steps. Belen was really helpful. I have braces and out of nowhere my gums started to swell and she explained to me how to properly clean my teeth with braces and she gave me a cleaning and now it’s dramatically going down. Overall, I had a great experience with Belen.

I came to Western Dental today for a dental emergency in a lot of pain. Im a single mom of 5 so I havent made time to take care of my own teeth for several years....Jeremiah took care of my X-rays. He was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Leslie was awesome helping me with finance options so I was able to get the treatment I needed. Dr. Marshall was amazing! She made the experience comfortable & had a fun sense of humor. Thea the dental assistant was so kind and professional. Ive had two visits so far for dental work and its the first time in my life that I had such a pain-free experience like this. Dr. Arora is a very skilled professional. I feel that I am in good hands being treated by her. And she explains everything she is doing and puts it in simple terms. I really appreciate being able to get her as my new dentist.

WESTERN DENTAL IS HORRIBLE!!!! I went to western dental thinking I could receive treatment for my wisdom teeth and I ended up getting an abscess due to the horrible job the dentist did. He tried fixing the problem but only made it worse. I had to go to the ER to be seen by a specialist to fix what the dentist at Western Dental did. I called corporate and spoke to Marco and Elena they were extremely rude and disrespectful they hang up on me 3 times refusing to answer my question or explain my options.On top of that they treaten to send my case to collections for failure of payment, WHY SHOULD I PAY THEM AFTER WHAT THEY PUT ME THROUGH?? Western Dental DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS ONLY MONEY!!!!!

Kendra was amazing. She took all of my dental x-rays.....I am 85 % deaf and can NOT hear or read lips with people having to wear mask, Kendra was very helpful in guiding me to let me know what she needed me to, so she could take my x-rays. Kendra was very kind and professional.

Dr. Kiklis is the first reason why I switched to this office. Plus everyone else in this office has been super nice and welcoming. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Ive been visiting the location at 13368 Main St, suite 300, Hesperia, CA since last year. Dr. Arlene and EVERY staff member from the front desk to the back, so competent and professional. For a person who has fear of dental work, they made me feel comfortable. Joanna, Rosie, Marcella took special care of me today and the guy who made my temps (didnt get his name). I did my research and talk to other people before I came to this location and it all checks out as true. The cost is reasonable, pain-free Dentistry, each employee is knowledgeable and open to questions, courteous and always professional. I felt safe with the cleanliness of the facility and Covid19 guidelines.

The doctor I had today was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and she took so much extra time with me and went the extra mile. She also is helping me fix and clear up things with my insurance because they denied a root canal that clearly needs to be done. Also while she was working on me she was so kind, patient and gentle. I don’t do well with dental work, yet she was able to make me feel calm and at ease. I truly appreciate everything she did for me today!
