I went to this place several time but after my most recent visit I saw that the place was under new management. I also noticed that it was much more clean, organized and well managed. I would like to thank you for the great change in experience.

This is a usual Dollar General. I like them better than Family Dollar. It seems to be more organized, cleaner and customer friendly. Also, they usually open another register if the line is long

The Dollar General in Miami on N W 7th Ave. 128 st. they are so nice they are so polite theyre so mannerly, any help u need they have a smile on there face helping u, and any one of them u go to they are clean the floors everything is nice and clean, always enjoy myself when Im shopping at Dollar General and the prices are great, keep up the good work

Have all the right things we u need them

To messy snd organize. Some staff and cashiers can be rude and none attenive .but today just had a nice one who was helpful. But plese get ailes clear and organize. Safety hazard.

Before this covid 19 pandemic hit this store would be stocked & a lot more organized. Today it was dirty empty it needed restocking & the employees need to pay more attention & less talking to each other during customers transactions. My order was rung up wrong because the cashier was doing more friend co-worker service than customer service & paying attention to making sure to ring the right merchandise up for the right person. 💆💆💆

Customer service is very good despite the area and crime

As I walked into the store was not greeted but was told to put on a masked but a unmasked woman later found out she was the store manager only because she stood behind the counter speaking loudly don’t let anyone in the store with out a mask ...no t shirts I’m guessing the comment was made due to a man not having a mask and had to use a shirt instead... very unprofessional wish the old manager was there 🙄

Found everything I was looking for. The cashier was so nice and helpful! He even helped me carry my case of water to my car. Will definitely come here again.

Everyone is very helpful

The parking area is really tight so keep that in mind when you arrive. Also upon arrival I notice that there was was no shopping carts available ...they were being used for clearance items. Over all my experience at this location was okay compared to other locations.

Did not have the items I needed. The line was long. The employee at the counter was pleasant

I was so pleased to find just what I needed today. The cashiers were both serving the customers with a smile and they thanked us us for shopping at Dollar General.

The old male manager is a little racist but I enjoy the store the new ladies are very pleasant I shop there when Im looking for bargains

Mr. Al (the manager) was helpful and very cordial. It made the visit a pleasure. His staff cashier was excellent and professional. Found everything that I was looking for in the store.

Found what i was looking for and more. And the digital coupons help on their app.

Personnel are very helpful. Im usually in and out of there in a few minutes. Ive been stopping here for years.

Good overall customer service... The security monitoring can be intimidating when they are yelling over the loud speaker from a remote location about prosecuting for theft when Im the only customer in the store. The management staff is always helpful and friendly and always smiling. MR Keith does a great job overall with this location.
