Very well organized hiring stuff. Friendly and knowledgeable. This place is huge, so its very easy to get lost. If youre going there for hiring purposes, when you first arrive , make sure you go all the way to the right. Because the hiring center or HR center is right there at the FURTHEST right corner of the building if youre FACING the building. So dont park away from this area. Theres plenty of parking on the sides of the building at the corner where you want to be at and plenty of overflow parking as well. Just a heads up.

Whoever is praising the drivers their driver needs to switch delivery routes with mine. Theres a lack of integrity when you mark items delivered and havent delivered it yet. If you cant deliver it on time just own up to it but dont mark it delivered and then show up 3-4 days later with the packages.

I would like to offer short term housing* or day activities to Amazon employees and their families at this warehouse.They ARE 100% ESSENTIAL workers and Burn Out will soon be the new disability if people dont take the time to exhale. If you are looking for a place where they will send you home even if you are part time please go apply. If you are looking to get promoted in 10 years maybe you will have a chance and that depends on your speeds. I am old so I was to slow and to smart to pack trucks. The walls I did where to effecient so I was sent home a lot even if I was only part time. If you get injured is your fault because you did not pay attention in training. I was overqualified from the beginning my resume was nicer the the GM. Only I got paid hourly and he is on salary so when he is sent home he still collects his salary. Thank you Mr Bezzos. Please save money so you will be able to buy more drones for endless delivery. Who need the humans will all the trucks breaking the speed limits. Miami driving is all about the road rage I know you do not teach them road rage they come with that skill. I am not upset they did not call me to drive for amazon I will have been to slow again. If the speed limit is 30 I will drive the speed limit. Also I will not park anywhere. Again to slow to save for local amazon culture. But Google if you want to learn to count really high. I usually have a wonderful experience with Amazon. But when my package arrived today the item was replaced with beans. A $500 graphics card replace with Beans I am extremely upset. I have already reported it. I am not the type of person to witch hunt someones job but this is not right. If the worker had the audacity to steal a $500 dollar item there is no telling what else they will steal from their job.

Organized a tour in August because I thought it would be great for my son to learn more about the process that happens before our packages arrive. I was truly amazed by the magnitude of this center. My son really loved learning about and seeing the robots in action. Unfortunately, on this tour most of the machines involved in the picking step were down so I had to schedule another tour this month. It was completely worth the 2nd trip and I would definitely do it again. Highly recommend for homeschool families.

Ive been to several Amazon sites. This has got to be the cleanest, best organized, labeled and friendliest one ever. Great place, even better people. I love the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming.

Last week I was supposed to go on a tour of the Opa Locka Amazon Fulfillment Center with my son. We got there. The waiting area was drab and unwelcoming. No seats. We were held behind a wall of imposing gates. We werent allowed to use a restroom (all of which were past the gates). And then after 30 minutes, someone came out and let us know that they had mistakenly double booked the time slot and we would not be given a tour.My son and I werent happy. We let Amazon know, including the gentleman who runs all of their tours out of Seattle. He got back to me and apologized. That stopped the anger. Then he went a step further, agreeing to have a regional director of his Tour division give my son and me a personal tour. We did the tour today. It was great, and the gentleman who showed us around was very hospitable.Im changing this review from 1 star to 4 stars. They still have work to do to make these tours more welcoming. The holding area is not accommodating. The folks working the tours need more resources to audible and make their guests comfortable. But Amazon showed us today that they will do whatever they can in their power to make things right. Thanks Amazon.

We went on the tour here and had a great time. It’s incredible how they move products in and out of this facility. I learned a lot and the best part is that it was free. If you have the time to set up a tour I highly recommend it.

Security in the front gate very rude. Came to help an employee of Amazon that had their car broken down and called for my services only to not be let in, had to wait over an hour outside in the hot sun before they finally let me in to do my job, and help their own employee. Definitely not a place id ever want to work at, or do business with.

I had the opportunity to visit this Amazon Fulfillment Center in Opa Locka, FL (in the Miami area).It’s super modern and most of the work is performed by robots, but of course, there are also hundreds of employees doing part of the important tasks, and also making sure all this technology works as expected.They offer tours. Spaces are limited and MUST be reserved online prior to your visit.

Sadly Amazon have become another only store they just to be well known for there costumer care and quality control , whats left is a company that can be compare to alibaba or wish , I been a customer for about 9 years and I seen the quality control drop tremendously over the year from my 20 last order I have received 8 wrong products , I sand to see that a company that started with su much potential ended up like this .

Amazon in general is taking advance of Covi-19, is ridiculous they dont have the regular service by phone, are you going to be contagious by phone ??? Horrible service when the product is not what you where expected, amazon is going worst every day

Worst experience ever I worked for them literally for 2 days. I worked for them in the overnight crew worst experience ever for $11.50 an hour $11.50 AN HOUR FOR THE OVERNIGHT CREW WHO DOES THAT!!. Please save yourself the time before getting hired them. You have better luck working for a supermarket and getting paid more.
