Really bad customer service I would give them a #0 because they are trash, and shame on Quadratec for working with this type of company, Quadratec should read more reviews about this type of company, every time I call them they tell me tomorrow you will get your delivery, and the worst thing is that Quadratec hay a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT saying... if you ordered today you will get your order in the next 5 days, and this was almost a month ago. Next time Ill buy from 4wheelparts.com

If Meyer logistics is the company that is taking care of the distribution, run as fast as you can. They have been trying to deliver an item to me for the past two weeks. The deliver window they provide changes every few days. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. And good luck on getting a call back from someone.

This place has the worst customer service ever I ordered a toolbox and they keep pushing my delivery date every single week a week out its been 4 weeks and I still havent received it.I dont think Ill ever get my toolbox that I ordered and the company that I bought from Car ID wont let me cancel my order because they said it was already shipped I will never use Myers or car ID for any of my needs this is what you call amazing customer service sarcastically.If I could put zero stars or negative 100 Stars thats what I would put
