BEST PLACE TO GET SELTZER WATER CAW CAW

Lines are slow, poorly stocked products ( could be due to transportation issues and not the stores fault), and the place is a consistent mess. It literally looks like a child ran down the aisles of the store knocking things off of the shelves. Carts with items to stock or empty boxes litter the aisles making it hard to navigate with a cart. I dont know if this is an issue with lack of employees but I see it not only in this particular store but most of them in the area if not all of them. It reminds me of shopping at the old nicoles or kmart in Utica and we all know how that ended. 🙄

Once this store is finished being resetted it should be fine, it has taken way longer than it should have. Loose of sales right now is huge. Out of 7 isles , 5 of them no one can get down. You would think upper management would be there helping to get the store set.

Very good service staff is always friendly and willing to help Id say my only real complaint is the conditions of the building itself.

I like this store but since the recent reset, product is too close together. Feels crowded.

Called the store to ask about product availability. Phone was answered and immediately hung up.

What a shame corporate doesnt realize this is upstate ny and snow removal should be a priority not an after thought, lawsuit waiting to happen.

By far one of the worse Dollar Generals I have ever been to. Long line prime time lunch time and (1) cashier on a $5 coupon day, there was another worker who I guess wasn’t clocked in yet around, why didn’t the other cashier ask her to jump on a couple mins early to stop so many people in line during a pandemic? The lady ahead of me brought this attention to the cashier and the cashier was snotty about it and said sorry about your experience with sarcasm behind it the lady reacted as if I would and politely told the cashier to “f” off. To be expected, we do our part wear masks and support such a business please put more cashiers on during the weekend and have them un-clutter the isles please. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again anyway.

I bought a pair of Metal Buds headphones and one of the sides don’t work. Other than that everything that I bought there today on 9/23/20 is fine.

At Oneida Dollar General, its totally different from the other Dollar General ( set up).

Typical replacement for a five and some store. Everything is even dollars, but then add sales tax as applicable. Clean.

Isles are often clogged up with stocking stuff

The employees are awesome, and everything is easy to find along the aisles. Fair prices, and a good variety of merchandise. Its a short walking distance from where I am staying so thats always a plus.

They are always out of everything that is a popular item..why not just order more if it is selling out quickly?!?! I prefer the sylvan beach location! They are properly stocked and gave a better selection as well.The staff is always friendly in oneida! This store needs some TLC, very outdated and cluttered.

Employees are more polite and kinder than in Syracuse. I love going to this dollar General.

Only go for convenience items, its super close. Other then that, ots kinda cluttered and borderline dirty. The employees arent friendly.

Good service, stocked shelves

Store is open 8:00am-10:00pm everyday. We do not sell liquor thats next door. We are friendly and fast at check out isles are crowded because of Christmas items I will work on getting them out of the way. Someone please update photos, these are really old. Also go online and do the survey, rate my store I cant fix anything if you do not tell us what needs fixing. Thank you Theresa (SM)

Convenient, run in & out store, many basic items and some not so badic. A small variety of what they do carry, and less hassle parking, entering, & exiting the store.

Oneida store is dirty and nasty. Boxes in every lane. Couldnt even get a sales slip because they had no ink.

The entire store smells like urine and is always an absolute mess. Sticky floors too, yum!Update: the store gets worse every time I go in. Its disgusting. You cant walk down any aisle, let alone push a cart down it. Clean your store up and hire a manager that does their job!

They had what i wanted but it was difficult to find and the isles were very narrow making it difficult to navigate around people and endcaps. Also what i bought i found i couldve gotten cheaper at walmart. But i needed what bought right then.
