We have four kids, one of whom is a toddler. Both my husband and I work from home, and to say the least, we needed help! (Think: everything a toddler can touch has been touched with sticky fingers... and our house is nearly 5,000 sq. ft.). Having moved here from L.A. this summer, I didnt expect cleaning services to be as... thorough as the quality we are used to. To say the least, this company is worth every penny.Very professional and very speedy... even my grandmother would approve of the work. She doesnt even use harsh chemicals so I dont have to worry about my kids exposure. Every time they come they clean the same basic areas agreed upon, but clean additional things/areas on rotation. I dont have to worry about incomplete work or theft- she is very trustworthy. There is something to be said for living in a small(er) town:)Would recommend 100%!

Told cleaners our budget was 8 hrs of cleaning. After 4 hrs of cleaning, per their request, we authorized 2 additional hours, for a total of 10. To clean an empty, fairly clean, 3000 sq ft house for moving into. At the end, got a message stating the charge was for 15 hours. Was told the oven, fridge, and freezer took 3.5 hours. The oven was not cleaned, so am not sure how it took 3.5 hours and it still didnt get clean. The counter tops were gritty, were not wiped down, and inside of kitchen drawers are still dirty. The floors are still dusty. It seems as if nothing was done. They claimed they cleaned vents that were high up and had to get a ladder, there are no high vents and theres no reason to clean those in order to move into a house. This was a move in cleaning and they did a poor job. I would not recommend them. I feel cheated. If you decide to use them I would recommend staying to supervise.
