My family just switched service over to AT&T. The coverage is amazing. They have great plans and phone pricing no matter what kind of phones youre looking for. The overall customer service experience was excellent. We worked directly with the Asst Manager and he got us set up with everything that we need and stuff we didnt even know we needed lol. My kids are all taken care of for school and I couldnt be happier.

Great experience. Greg here at the AT&T store was incredible. I purchased an IPhone and the contracts did not transfer from my Galaxy S 8. Came back to the store and Greg solved the problem. Give this guy a raise. You need more like him!

This location is the best one in the Omaha area! They are very helpful! All employees are friendly and welcoming. Greeted right away. The Manager Doug really helps with getting the best deal. Low prices, great coverage, and great phones. Lots of different accessory options for my Galaxy S20. Highly recommend 😃

My family and i have recently switched from Sprint to AT&T on a business account and we couldn’t be happier! Kenzie worked with us to get everything how we needed. She explained the bill and the incentives that we would be receiving for switching over. She also helped get us set up with AT&T TV services and we really enjoy that also! Would definitely recommend going to see her!

Extremely bad customer service walked in to the store to get a new phone one guy was busy with a customer and the other one looked right at us turned his back and picked up his tablet walked past us and started scanning merchandise. We stood ther for 10 minutes neither one of them bothered to say hello or we will be right with you.When my husband asked for help the guy scanning stuff said i cant help you i have to scanning these cases you need i mentioned we had been waiting nd no one had even bothered to say anything to us and he just turnned his back and kept scanning. I would kot recommend this place agai. Also dude was super rude with his co worker.if he hates his job so much he should just quit

You have 0 display. Told the lady I wanted a phone similar to size of my iPhone 8. She gave me a iPhone 12 Pro Max never showed me the size of the phone. Handed me the phone in a bag I walked outside got in my truck. Realized the wrapping had already been taken off my the phone and the plastic on the phone was already removed. The phone was not what she described it to be so I walked right back inside and said this isnt what I wanted and was offered the iPhone 12 which is much smaller and what I told I was interestedi in size wise to begin with. I was then charged a $55 re stocking fee because the packaging was removed from the iPhone which I told them I didnt do. They stuttered and couldnt find the words to come up with knowing there was mistake made. I received no help further and am out money I shouldnt be out. Now, I’m being told I won’t receive the full $700 credit on my iPhone because of a small hairline crack they told me not to worry about. So that’s another $350 I’m being told I’m out. The manager was by the absolute WORST person to deal with. Took no responsibility for his employees and handled this with 0 professionalism. It was the worst experience Ive ever had and Ive been with AT&T for 13 years. If I could give a negative score I would.

Upgrade to new phone. After paying for the upgrade and tax fees, I wasnt told anything about how my payments were going to be monthly. Or if I had still my phone insurance or anything.She literally just upgraded my phone and said thats all thanksLike nothing was explained to me.

Do not go to this store! They are incredibly incompetent. My daughter went there to get a phone on my account and that was too much for them to figure out how to do it. They ended up putting her on a business plan which neither of us have a business and charge her a ton of money.

I had an issue that needed resolving and I was told by the man in the blue shirt (should have looked at his name) that There was nothing they could do AFTER I had already been talking to AT&T customer service on the phone and they said the store was the best place to resolve the issue. THEN I called customer service back and it turns out that the store absolutely can help me and if I run into the same response, get their name and ATT id and report them. So, my advice is to always take note of those things and REPORT them when they tell you lies that they cant help you. They are not customer service oriented and dont represent AT&T well at all.

If you need cell assistance, you gotta grab Michael M. or Blare F. at the AT&T on Burke St. THE “Most” professional, courteous, knowledgeable and next level service guys out there. The best customer service experience I’ve received to date! My phone issue would take a dissertation, but no one has that kind of time. Just know they were extremely patient, professional and had no problem keeping things fun with a smile on their face as it took about 2hrs to resolve my phone issue. First Class Service!!!

Honestly, I walked in demoralized. Im spoiled with online shopping and trusted the internet too much. I really didnt want to go to the store because it was 7 pm. I was trying to preorder the S21 5G and the order automatically canceled on me with no real explanation. The email just said We couldnt verify this order really came from you. For your security, we canceled it. I went in the store, tried to purchase it again on my phone, and the same thing happened. Ciara R. helped me purchase a new one and answered all of my questions. She was helping me and her coworker who kept having questions and sometimes that would annoy me but she was able to do both. She knows her stuff. Made my night how competent she was with her knowledge. Really good experience with her. Cant say about the whole store in general since Ive lived here my whole life and sometimes its hit or miss. Left the store satisfied with my experience. 👍

I wish I had looked to see their names, but unfortunately I did not. Walked in with a unique situation was essentially told theres nothing we can do. I asked to speak to a manager they said there was no manager at that location to go to another location. So i did and then was told that the manager was actually at this location (the one i had just left). They made it seem like I was essentially screwed out of a replacement phone because of a lack of ID (due to the unique situation. Also, understandable hence why I wanted to speak to a manager. Turns out I didnt even need an ID because insurance claims are not processed at AT&T locations and as employees they should know that, but did not.). Those two employees made everything so much harder. I swear I went to the location (where they said the manager was) and it was a simple phone call to fix the WHOLE situation and they even let me use their phone!!! I almost closed my account because of the experience at this location. I used to only go to this location, but wont go back. They will not be helpful and they will not try to help. They had ZERO helpful information, I mean straight deer in the headlights look. I get it they wont know the answer right away, but they didnt even TRY to help me find a solution and that was the problem. Hire or train your employees to help find solutions and not just say I dont know. Go to the location down the street. Theyll be more helpful.

I was attended by a trainee C**ra. I wanted to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. She explained me the prepaid plans and I opted for a 50$ plan after I was explained by her that this plan has unlimited calls in USA, Canada and Mexico along with 8 GB data.I had to spend literally 2 hours in the store for this. And even after that the mobile service was completely dead with no incoming & outgoing. After that she asked me to contact 611 for prepaid complaints.I called 611 and the technician did wasted sometime. And the whole day was left with no connection.Finally I called 611 again in the evening and the expert found out that a wrong plan was applied to my account (data only plan) and was sorted out

At&t has totally revamped their coverage in Nebraska and Iowa in the past 2 years. This is why I decided to switch.I have been all around northeast Nebraska, Central, Nebraska and other states. My phone has outperformed my previous verizon services in many places including rural Nebraska.

Great customer service at this store. My normal rep Victor was out today. Hes finally getting married! Morgan stepped in his absence, and was very capable of helping me. He listened to me about what I was looking for, and provided me with some very good solutions that wont break the bank! I will be returning soon to complete the transaction. I would recommend this store.

We went in to upgrade our phone today after it had been a few years and we were helped by Victor. We had a few questions and had some of the worst service I have ever received. Victor was incredibly rude, short tempered and didn’t even offer to pull up our profile to find solutions for us or walk us through less expensive options. We walked out and will not return to this store.

10/16/19 I was having extreme difficulty with Verizon. They had hung up on me when I was trying to get information about my account and pay a bill because their systems were offline. I was able to call the nearest AT&T store and find out if they could switch me to their service. The man who answered said his name was David and that if I had my account and pin number he could make that happen. Less than 5 minutes later he got me started on the process and helped me fix my phone. Amazing service. 10/10 everyone should go to this AT&T and get help from David. Dare I say Dave is a customer service god.

So I went there today for the new iPhone. I was first in line and an employee came out and said all they had was 3 white iPhone 11 and 1 red, no iPhone 11 pro max. No problem, I ordered online and will just wait. The problem I have is that I went inside to ask a question about my online order and saw him selling the iPhone 11 pro max gold (exactly what I wanted) to someone else (probably a friend of his). Im happy with AT&T and will continue service with them but will never step foot in this particular store again. Very unhappy.

Terrible customer service. Told my sister they couldnt help her get off the phone plan without my dad present. Then told my dad they would refuse him service because he had a tone. Then proceeded to tell us that they cant do anything for us in the store and it all had to be done online. What is the point of the store if they cant help with issues they are causing? Will not be returning to this location. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

My mom got a new phone and wanted her contacts switched over. Another AT&T store added the wrong email address and he couldnt fix it. So I took her to this one and the first thing we were told was there isnt a way to switch them over, theyve tried. Emily the Manager came over and asked to take a look at it and eventually she had it figured out, even transferred over her pictures too. Meanwhile, associates Bart and Victor were very friendly and conversational. Emily talked with my mom and got to know her a bit. I left with my mom extremely surprised with how well she was treated and helped.

I visited this store to pay my bill and Daniel W wouldn’t accept a $20 bill because “it didn’t look like the rest.” It was a bill printed in 1995. Maybe they should fix their payment kiosk so there’s something intelligent enough to recognize currency.

The sales rep that helped my husband lacks listening skills.We need to upgrade his phone, this is what he wants, here Id the info to access the account, lets switch sim cards and get this done soon because we have cats in the car and are moving across the countryThe sale rep proceeded to take his time, was anti social, an eniffective communicator and listened, and didnt even activate my husbands phone. We had to go to the Apple store to get that done.I 9/10 do not recommend this AT&T location as it is seriously lacking good customer service.

I even got to meet the managers Bart and Ted. All of those guys were really nice and helped make the purchase easy. Matthew even helped me pair my AirPods. This is the best store in town.

Staff was horrible! Walked in the door and first employee told us to the dumpster for our Samsung was in the back. We told him not to hate on our Samsungs, and he insisted he had to. He didnt give any recommendations for replacement, just told us he couldnt look at our malfunctioning device nor could he try downloading anything off it. We said fine, we came to get a new phone. He pointed at a back wall and resumed standing with the other three unhelpful employees who completely ignored us. None of them acknowledged us when we shortly turned around and left.

BEWARE!!! This location has been the worst! They have no interest in customer service and in my experience they only want to sell you something. I would actually buy products and services from them, but the customer service is terrible. I can provide a few examples:1. When I purchased two S7 Edge phones we also purchased over $100 in accessories, wireless charging pads. We were told that they would quick-charge the phone, not as fast as a hard-wire, but close enough. NOT TRUE!!! The only time to use the pads is at night because it is essentially a trickle charge. But be careful, dont bump the nightstand or it may be lose the charge connection. (This issue was never resolved.)2. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. The phone itself was unstable and wouldnt work. I went into the store and they made no effort to help. I accepted responsibility for the dropped phone and was willing to pay for repairs, but they pretty much only offered to sell me a replacement phone. If I did that I would have to pre-pay the rest of my phone off and the free phone that was on a 30 month payment plan. In other words, if I pay off my phone early I no longer received the monthly credit. Fast forward 9 months and we are told that was not true by another store rep. (Joy) My wife said the rep was nice, but I was frustrated when I called the store rep and told her that we were told different information back in October. She spoke over me and told me that she wasnt there for that conversation and cant do anything about what I was told in the past. It just didnt come across friendly. Today I called ATT directly to address the next item (# 3) and they told me that the rep was actually wrong, ironically she insisted she was right and what I was told in October was wrong. (I took my phone to Continental Cellular and paid to have my screen replaced for a fraction of the cost of the new phone.)3. Last night my wife tried to update her phone with the Samsung update, you know those updates that pop up as notifications, the ones you cant dismiss and basically have to accept. My wifes phone got stuck in the Recovery Booting and would never work again. She went to the store and said the rep was nice, but the only solution they offered was to call Samsung or Buy a new phone for $800. But wait, that is only after you pay off the current phone. Turns out that the payoff would be $340 for her phone and my phone ($35 each for 5 months). All in all not helpful. (ATT Customer Service resolved our issue by providing a new device and case at no charge.)4. Another issue with this store was about 34 days after we purchased the two S7 Edge phones. My wife had her phone on a patio lounger (about 12 inches above the patio floor). We had a puppy at our house who accidentally knocked the phone off of the lounger. Since this phone was the Edge model we were concerned with the durability of drops. We did some research and learned that it was a later generation of Corning Gorilla Glass which is very durable. The sales person assured us it was durable and low and behold it broke with the slightest drop. Once again they made no effort to help, but once again offered to let us payoff the phone and buy a new one. (This item was resolved by Samsung. They sent us a replacement phone. The funny thing is that there was a Samsung rep in the store when I came in, he seemed new and when he heard my complaint about durability he actually got up and walked out of the store.)In summary, I am happy with AT&Ts support and even Samsung, but this store makes no effort to help customers. They only try to take advantage of a bad situation to close a new sale.
