We have lost the Internet on Wednesday 9/9. Called tech support, and after 1/2 hour conversation, the representative said that the problem is with our modem.9/10 I went and bought a new modem. Came back home and hooked it up. And! Didnt work either! Surprise!! Called tech support again and scheduled a tech visit for 9/11.9/11s morning a COX tech arrived and quickly found that our cable was just disconnected in the COX box!!!! Which he said could have been done by only another COX tech. So.I have spent 2 days with no Internet and spent $74.89 at a new modem and all of this is solely because of COX tech fault. So I believe, it would be fair to get a $74.89 credit to my account due to this very unpleasant mistake of COXs.But COX does not believe, they have to reimburse! All they gave me was their courtesy $20 to my balance. This is not courtesy! This is just throwing a bone into my face!!! Courtesy would have been to reimburse in full and give at least a month of free internet on top of that and a great apology to a 5-year-never-miss-a-payment loyal client. Disgraceful company with no shame and respect to their clients.

Always receive great customer service at this store. Staff is friendly and doesnt let me leave until all my questions have been answered which is a plus for someone with a learning disability.

I appreciated how this company gave us help, good service, and respect, even though we havent paid the bill for a couple months! This place is comfortable and clean! We got our services back on and purposefully paid the bill and removed some services, but they let us keep what we asked for! Now, we have internet and I am glad! Cox is expensive, but thats most likely because they said they are trying to make future technology. Ive noticed their service has been improving over the years. I wonder what it will be like next year!
