We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Mark Wehner 2. We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right house. He guided us with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Mark would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Hes a true professional and genuinely nice person. Mark was amazing to work with. I was a first time home buyer who had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Mark was very patient and took the time to help us through the whole process and look at what seemed like a million houses (we had a pretty tight budget and had the time to be picky). He was almost always available to look at houses that day, which in the current market is key to finding your perfect home. The home that we eventually bought he got us into it at the last minute, we made the offer, and bought the perfect house! I couldnt recommend Mark more, he is professional, easy to work with, and truly cares about finding a home that is perfect for you.

My husband and I sold our house fsbo to Marks client. He was very thorough and explained the process to us and made sure we never had any questions even though the buyer was his client. He was also very on top of everything and very responsive. He is a big reason the process went as smoothly as it did. In the future if we need a realtor, we would definitely use him.

Terrible preparedness. Showed our house one day, left trash in our kitchen, back door was wide open all afternoon while no one was and front door completely unlocked. If you are worried about the well being of your family, and would like for you belongings NOT to be in danger, go with another agent and save yourself.
