Love this company - they excel with their compassionate care. Mindy, the client care manager, is super conscientious and detail oriented. She will work with you until she “gets it right.” She has personally shown-up several times when we were in a bad situation (dad has advanced Parkinson’s). I highly recommend Synergy.

I have been employed by Synergy , for almost 6 months now, I love my job and caring for the clients I have the privilege of helping. This company truly takes time to try to match the best caregiver to their client and the clients needs. I have met many dedicated caregivers with this company, and it has been my honor to take care of the clients that have been, in my care. Administration Works closely with caregivers and are always available to answer questions or concerns. I think this is a wonderful company and I look forward to being with them for a long time! I am a 69 year old year old retired army Officer and attorney. I have several medical conditions which drastically affect mobility and some of the routines of daily life. I have used Synergy since last fall when I sustained two broken ankles followed by a pulmonary embolism which brought my life to a a stand still. I had some heart issues in May and was in the Hospital most of May. My ability to drive is very limited as is my mobility. If it were not for Synergy I would be in a nursing home or other in-patient care facility rather than my home. I am really grateful that these nice folks are around to help me! They all make me feel that they are not just care givers but members of my family who love me enough to come and help me out.While they help me through my limitations, they never make me feel that my life is restricted by my limitations. I can not emphasize too strongly how important this is.The folks that operate this agency of Synergy are great. They are always available! I have had to call at odd times and have always gotten in touch with some one who can address my concern.They have provided services for me on very short notice when problems have arisen.They people they employ are quite knowledgeable, very kind, and very hard working. They are also very kind, thoughtful, respectful, and pleasant to be around.

I have received care from SYNERGY for over two years and I cannot ask for better care. I couldnt make it without the way the caregivers talk to me and make me feel. Matt the owner will do more for me than my own son. Matt and the caregivers tell me they love me and it means a lot.

Ive worked for Synergy for almost 3 years and it has been very beneficial for me. Im able to work all the hours I want, take time off when I need to, pick up extra shifts when I need to, and the clients are very friendly. When I first started I was a full time college student and being about to work around my school schedule made it easy to keep up with my school work and graduate on time. Couldnt imagine working for another company!

The office staff at synergy home care go above and beyond for their clients. They do their best to match the clients needs with the caregivers ability. This is much appreciated.

They have been providing bad service to a dear friend of mine. Its sad to see that these people dont really care. They leave them feeling helpless at times and frustrated that people dont show up to assist them. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Especially when the client is depending on someone to go and help them and they cant do certain things with out someone there. I have stepped in many times when they failed to show up and leave them with no options. Wish they showed they cared more and really had people who would go above and beyond there work from the kindness of there heart and being the right thing to do, just for the fact there helping someone and making an impact in there life. Not complain about a situation being a little more difficult than usual and make the client feel like they are helpless.

Since the Department of Veterans Affairs has contracted Synergy Home Care to provide me with Homecare service in cleaning my home Synergy has provided professional courteous and considerate service that has been extremely professional and considerate and caring to my needs. Synergy Homecare deserves five stars because the service of the management department in the employees staff have gone well above the requirements of the contract with the Department of Veterans fairs and from my standpoint they deserve thumbs up and I would definitely recommend Synergy Homecare to anyone that may be in.
