Produce is fresh and all areas are kept neat and clean. Staff is extremely helpful and nice to customers. Its why I keep going back!

I ordered a prime rib roast - which they have the best meat anyways... and on the way my 2 year old fell asleep! They came out to my car to get my card and special cut the roast and brought it out so I didn’t have to wake my child. Amazing service - beyond expectations!!! Thank you!!

Great variety, extremely helpful staff. Great having someone help carry groceries to the vehicle.

Was in and out in probably less than 15 minutes, picking up a few last minute Thanksgiving items. The cashier bagged the groceries, and another worker helped carry them out. You dont really see that much anymore, but it was a nice addition to a good shopping experience.

Inconsistent price matching practices with local Fareway grocery stores. even after speaking with the manager. Will shop elsewhere to avoid having to price match. Manager at Fareway near 168th and Harrison was not willing to accommodate price matching Aldi as other Fareways have in the Omaha area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store and fruit was very fresh. During COVID at least they actually have later hours than Walmart which was very helpful for last minute items.

Team at the meat counter is very helpful and friendly. All of the cashiers and kids that help you to your car are so friendly its unreal.. I feel they have to pass a nice test before they are hired! Always a good, welcoming experience here!

Went in specifically for ground beef. Fresh daily ground beef isnt what it says it should be. Hyvee mixes fresh and older beef so I went to Fareway. Got the ground fresh beef and went home to cook. AGAIN....The fresh daily beef had older beef mixed in. Very misleading. Ill probably just go to Just Good Meats to get fresh ground. Only reason it wasnt one star is because some prices are very good in other areas of the store.

Great local grocery store. Smaller selection than other larger chains, but the staff is friendly and helpful. What makes this store shine is the meat department. They have a great selection and the staff know their stuff. They have any cut of meat you need and will cut and wrap to order. Their bulk sausage is superb and when its cooked up there is not much grease left. When I am looking for a good quality meat for a dinner I come here.

Some of the checkers have pretty bad attitudes. Apparently customer service skills are not a big priority there. Great meat department however.

Fareway is awesome!!! Great meat counter. Great deals and the service is like no other. When you enter the store the workers are there to help you. The store feels like the old hometown grocery store I grew up with. No need to have the cents off gas deals. In reality, you are paying for the deal in the food you gave to buy. FAREWAY IS MY HOMETOWN STORE!!!

If you love top quality meats, produce and groceries, this is the store for you. My parents had a small mom and pop grocery whose focus was top quality customer service. This store reminds me of that. There employees are some of the friendliest you will find!

Super friendly and clean store. Very helpful man loaded the groceries into the trunk on a cold and snowy day. Tried to offer a well deserved tip.. Said he couldnt accept it. My only complaint is that they should allow whomever helps you with your purchase into the parking lot after loading the goods and returning the cart... At least be able to make a few extra bucks for a job well done!! Very sad not to be rewarded after all their hard work and effort to please the customers.

I had some t-bones cut for me today. When I got home, I noticed the tenderloin of the steak was cut completely off, down to the bone. This makes it a bone-in New York strip, also known as a Kansas City strip steak. This is a very deceitful practice. Next time you are at a meat counter, look at the difference in price for a New York strip, T-bone, and Porterhouse. Porterhouse has more tenderloin on it then a T-bone, hence the cost difference. Calvin, the meat market manager, said that is how they get them. So because somebody there is incompetent, you pass that on to the consumer? He also tried to explain that some T-bones have less tenderloin. When I pointed out two of them that you can tell were cut to the bone with a knife, he said somebody really messed those up. No kidding? This is the first time I have been back in years. Last time I went there, I bought some T-bones as well. When I got home, there was about a 3/4 fat cap around the whole thing. I ended up trimming half of a pound off each steak. I didnt take the steaks back since it was dinner time. So I pretty much ate the loss. So I did my return today and went to another stores meat department. I wont say where, since this is not an advertisement. The guys in the meat department all had a good laugh with the pictures I took and what Calvin told me. If you dont know what you are buying and are trusting the butcher is giving you what you paid for, I would go somewhere else. Again, this is a very deceitful practice.

Normally, love this store. Shop there a couple times a week, at least. Easy, convienent, clean store.Wednesday Dec 21, wanted to buy 7 up products, 4 for &10. I was checking out with reg AW, diet AW, Diet Cream Soda and 7 Up.They did not ring up on sale, the cashier said I was not buying all the same products. I had to buy 4 of the same for the sale. When did that become policy? These are all 7 Up brands!

Only four stars since they dont have a lot of variety on certain things I need. Have to go to Walmart to get some stuff, But Fareway also has stuff I need that Walmart doesnt.

Never had been here until today. Its a smaller store, but had everything I needed for a quick trip... Maybe not the same selection youd see at hyvee and Walmart... But still sufficient. It was very customer service based. They Unload your cart for you while they check and bag the groceries. Then they bring the groceries to your car (not an option to just take the cart). They had a decent meat counter as well. The employees were very friendly!

This Fareway is far superior to the store on 90th Street in Omaha. This store is better organized, better lighting (both have lousy lighting in the parking lot) and the employees at this location seem less stressed!
