I purchased a home a little over a year ago and continued using Kozy as the lawn care company as the previous owner did. I could not be happier with my experience. These gentlemen are very personable and keep detailed notes on my lawn. This morning I was getting my mail and Bob (who I had never met) happened to be driving past finishing up work on a nearby property. He took the time to turn around and come ask me about how my lawn was doing and how their services have been. This made my day. Being treated like this in Omaha was not expected but is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend to anyone. P.s. my lawn is by far the best looking in my neighborhood.

I am not a customer, but one of my neighbors is. I live at the end of a street and Kozy UnCare has driven through my flower beds multiple times when turning around. Last summer they backed into a shrub hard enough to cause enough breakage such that it needed to be removed. I am frequently outside and have witnessed their poor driving (through my flowerbed) multiple times, including this week. There is plenty of room to turn around (it may take more time and require a couple of back and forths), but these rude people would rather drive onto my property with me standing there rather than taking the time to drive carefully. DIsappointing that a business thinks they can operate that way!

Called to schedule service, did not call back. when i called back was quoted insane price and told power raking was hard. The company doesnt seem to want business or care. avoid.

Each year one phone call connects me to experts. They are great with scheduling and go beyond the service. They are knowledgable and I trust them to provide expert advice. I watch them do my neighbors yard and I’m not sure why they still use them. The yard looks very subpar and they constantly leave the yard covered in trash, from not picking it up before mowing. I’ve also witnessed the chemical applicators applying herbicides without any PPE that is required by the state. Every time they come to their property I know it’s them cause they always slam the trailer ramp on the concrete instead of easing it down. I also stopped frequenting the kwik shop by my house in the mornings, due to the “crew” getting gas there and being overly obnoxious in the parking lot, yelling/cussing at each other. There is a lot better lawn services in Omaha by far!!

My place of work uses them for lawn care and snow removal and they are THE WORST. They are cheap, but so is their quality. They will ABSOLUTELY take advantage of you if you dont babysit their every move. They want to know BEFORE the snow even falls if you want them to come out and shovel... like seriously? Then the owner of the business wines when asked to come out and shovel... do you not want money??? Not to mention damage theyve caused to our property as a result of their service. If I had any say in the matter, we would absolutely be pursuing other options. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. NOT WORTH IT.

I used Kozy Lawn once last year and noticed a tremendous difference in my yard. We had them irrigate and add some grass seed etc. Also, I never had any problems paying my bill and they never showed up unannounced. We are calling them back again this year to service our yard and I cant wait to see the ending result!

They successfully mowed my lawn once in July of 2013. I scheduled them to come back for another mowing in August. My lawn was never mowed, but they sent me a bill claiming they did.

These guys came and helped me out with a large tree cleanup after a company I hired to cut down a tree told me the price they quoted me did not include tree removal. Excellent work and at a good price.

Anyone who uses this company better make sure they have their agreed price in writing, unless you want the same business practice that happened to a single mother of two, while she was at work!Even if she didnt pay you, you had have the law and courts to help you and still keep a good professional image.

My yard has come back from the dead using their service. i appreciate the help and personal service from Joe.

They were taunting a neighbors dog, the dog jumped, just jumped, and they called the humane society saying the dog was vicious and tried to bite him. All false accusations. The humane society took the dog away and it was quarantined for 10 days. These guys are immature, vengeful and quite mean. Someone should call the police on them. Someone needs to teach them right from wrong.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I cant believe the childish crap you and your employees pulled after trying to screw a single mother over. You dont deserve to be in business at all and I hope these actions that were caught on camera were worth it.

BEWARE!!!!!! There are MANY other companies out there, go with a different one. They will continue to send you bills after you have paid, even after they CONFIRM that it was paid. Not sure if they are hard up for cash or what but avoid this service at all costs!!!!

They did an awesome job. They did an overhaul; cleanup, mow and haul away for a fair price.

They quoted a fair price, then doubled the price after the work was done. When I refused to pay, they dumped branches, weeds and other yard trash all over my yard !

These guys came back and dumped grass and dirt from someone elses house on my sisters lawn and driveway. The reason they agreed upon $225 for one lawn care service after she paid and received a receipt for the $225 Joe says now you owe $200 more for disposal. Terrible lawn care company this is the acts of a toddler. I have posted a photo to Google well see if it shows up.

Joe has an unsecured facility with back gates wide open for thieves to just walk and pick out storage units to break in.Wouldnt doubt if the owner is fully aware and part of the scheme.

Terrible work and customer service. The lawn looked terrible and they cut down and entire tree instead of just trimming the bottom...would never use again or recommend.
