I had an awesome experience at Davids Bridal. My assistant knew exactly what my preferences were and made the process easy. I tried on 5 dresses and was able to say Yes to the Dress! I would recommend Davids for any brides experience. They have a selection of plus size dresses too.

I walked in hopeful to find a dress that would fit my style - I was looking for classy with a bit of edge. Andrea was my consultant and she went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. I thought I had found my dress until she walked over with one last style and IT. WAS. PERFECT. She worked with my taste and delivered my dream dress for my ceremony! She added a leather jacket to spice it up and I instantly fell in love with the look. She also made sure this dress would be delivered in time for alterations(if necessary) - I was on a bit of a time crunch! I am so so thankful for her help and would recommend anyone go see her if you’re searching for your wedding dress. 10/10 customer service - thank you SO much Andrea!

Super late review because my life is crazy, but I wanted to shout out to Jo! She is an absolute sweetheart and made my dress shopping experience so amazing! I went in with some what of an idea of what I wanted and tons of anxiety, and it just felt like she knew me. She pulled some amazing dresses and helped me narrow down to a dress that made me cry not only once but multiple times while I had it on. (It was definitely my dress and she knew it from the start.) She’s great at listening and understanding what it is that you want and we were so similar that we just clicked. I felt so seen, comfortable, and cared for by her. I couldn’t have imagined my appointments going any other way and I loved working with her! So thankful for Jo! ❤️

I was anxious and nervous and had no ideaaaaa what I was doing. The 2 ladies that helped me were AMAZING! The dress I really loved was out of my budget but they went and found me something similar that was, and I actually loved that dress more! I am completely happy with my experience and my wedding dress 😁❤

Ill make this very clear, when the staff at this location pushes alterations for any dress, but ESPECIALLY wedding dresses.. take the dress and find yourself a local alterations person!! Dont walk, RUN to someone else.. The new policy, which states 4 weeks before the event, is not near enough time for the employees to get everything accomplished. We now have a dress that is not complete, 5 days before we fly out to the most beautiful destination wedding one could pick. We have to find someone to do said alterations to make this dress even acceptable for a bride that is extremely upset. The cost of the alterations were near the same cost of the dress itself and for it to be unacceptable is absolutely sickening. While we did get a refund for some, not all, of the alterations, this doesnt excuse the fact that this location is poorly trained and the terrible experience we dealt with. I wish each and every person who decides to use Davids bridal have way more luck that we did!

Honestly the only good part about Davids Bridal was the helpful and friendly staff.They charge outrageous for alterations. They charged my mom $500 for a bustle and it was so cheaply altered that a couple of the strings came off at the wedding. Couldnt even button all the pieces up and out of the way. They charged a rush fee because it was close to the wedding day but they couldnt get her in any sooner, that should have been waived. I highly recommend going somewhere else for dresses this place is ridiculous.

Definitely recommend having Hannah R. as your bridal assistant. My party came in yesterday and it wasn’t too busy. Not only did she help me find my dress but she was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns lol. Ended up staying under my budget which we love; also found a beautiful veil and belt to go with the whole look which my goal was to have the fairytale look and I was blown away at the end results. Typically they only allow five dresses right away but she brought over so many options and was so supportive! Loved her energy and she was so fun to have by my side. I will definitely be back with the rest of my wedding party!This was my first time ever trying on dresses so for all the first timers, I for sure recommend Hannah R.! 🙂

I have had nothing but bad experiences with my David’s bridal purchase. Customer service is completely absent.The wedding dress I chose was not available in my size (only available in a 12 in store, I’m a size 2). I ordered the dress in a smaller size. Unfortunately the bridal consultant did not take any measurements and incorrectly guessed my dress size at size 6. When the dress came in a month later, it was still far too large. By that time, the dress was on back order in my correct size (2) and would not be available in time for my wedding. I ordered a size 4, in hopes that the dress would be close to fitting. After another month, that dress came in and still did not fit. I requested to return the dress, since it did not fit and the correct size would not be available in time for my wedding. I was told that I could not return the dress because it has been over 7 days since I ordered the dress (even though I spent 2 months waiting for the dress to come in, and tried to return it immediately after receiving the dress). I am extremely disappointed in the lack of assistance provided by the company and would not recommend shopping here.

We came in with appointment, we went through all dresses, pulled 7. Started looking at bridesmaids, then mom ones. Finally almost 15 minutes after appt time, got a salesgirl. She pointed us to room, we told her the short simple style we wanted, she brought us back 5 of our choices. I helped my daughter with her dresses, salesgirl brought 1 of her choices, otherwise we didn’t see much of her. When we picked the one we wanted, she didn’t even offer any congratulations or anything. Then while ringing us out, she passed us off to someone else. So much for fun, enjoyable,”feel special” moment. Not very impressed

I came in a week ago with 9 other people to go wedding dress shopping, and they were very accommodating with my party which was great. I had an amazing experience with Jo who was who helped me last week. She was very helpful, genuine and kind. She took her time and made it such an enjoyable experience for me. She ended up picking out some dresses for me and the very first one I tried on was the one I went with and is an absolute dream! I highly recommend booking an appointment with her, she’s the real deal. :)

I would’ve given a five star, but when my bridesmaid went to order her dress they lost her measurement and was told we needed to get measured again. We’ll come to find out the after we measured her they couldn’t order her dress in at all. I guess I’m upset that they couldn’t tell us the week before we measured her we couldn’t get it in. Now I had to return to get another dress for my bridesmaid. I think their needs to be a better communication with Customer.

Linda made the experience wonderful, and warm. I’d come to the exact location a little more than a decade earlier as a Junior looking for a prom dress and was immediately discredited because I appeared so much younger than my friends that I wasn’t helped with dresses, and I swore I was never coming back.It was not my choice coming in this past Sunday, but I was definitely amazed in the change of atmosphere for the store. I’ve been in retail as well so the commissioner who helped find the dress I was there to try on was patient, yet sprightly.And Linda! She was absolutely a gem. She is down to earth and real, like you’d want from someone handling the tying together of high stress events. She seems to be a relaxed person, easy to get along with, and relatable. 10/10 experience. This particular location is back on my radar after my initial experience.

Ashton was the one that helped me pick the perfect dress for my wedding! She was so patient with me. She understood that I was sure what I wanted but she was there to walk me through everything! I did go a little over my budget but the dress was just perfect! I couldn’t turn away from it!! Mika also helped make the dress feel like it would on my wedding day! These ladies we absolutely fantastic! We will be buying everything from this location! They treated me so well!

I had a very pleasant experience at this place. I came in frustrated because my body type is not true to one size and I had so much positive help and feedback from Hannah. She totally took the stress out of shopping! She is very well educated and knowledgeable on sizes, styles and brands. Hannah went above and beyond my expectations ! I bought a bridesmaid dress and it was gorgeous. I was not aware of the return policy. Today I was informed the wedding that was supposed to happen in a month, has been canceled. I called Davids Bridal and was told nothing could be done, but give me a merchandise card. I have no reason to use it and I was wanting a refund. I will never go back to there. The stupid return policy is outrageous. How was I to know the wedding was canceled?

My alternating appointment with David’s bridal was very nice. I expected it to be cumbersome and taking a long time. After everything was fitted my dress looked and feel great! Can’t wait to come back when the alterations have been made.

If I could rate zero I would. Got an email that my order was ready for pickup so I assumed both my dress and veil were there. I got there and they only had my veil. Turns out they didn’t even order my dress. They listed it as “take home” somehow even though she told us she was ordering it while we were checking out and paying at the register. Now they are completely out of stock of the dress online. I was in there for 2 hours found the dress of my dreams and now I can’t even have it:( now I’m going to have to scramble to find a dress in time for my wedding. Don’t go here if you want things handled professionally!

We were very last minute shopping for my wedding dress on a small budget. While we spent a little more then we preferred, the dress was amazing and we were able to take it home same day fitting perfectly.Hannah was the one to help us. She was very professional and understood what we wanted from just a couple descriptions. She provided plenty of options and even got my size right without needing measurements. She was very accommodating with finding pieces we could mesh together to fit all my wants without breaking the bank. She made sure to involve both my mother and grandmother in the whole process and made the whole ordeal quick and efficient like we wanted. Highly recommend asking for her.

I went wedding dress shopping for the first time today, with zero intent of actually buying a dress; However, Kay was so exceptional that I ended up leaving with a dress that went above and beyond my dreams. She pulled selections that were exactly to my tastes, while still being a little on the adventurous side in terms of styles that I might not have picked for myself. I am a very indecisive and picky person, but Kay had endless patience and suggestions. I ended up walking out of David’s bridal with not only a whole look (not just a dress) that was beyond my wildest dreams, but also feeling more beautiful and confident than I have in months. I highly, highly recommend shopping through David’s bridal, especially if Kay is your consultant.

Bethany was amazing! I found my dress on the first appointment! One on one attention! Bethany was so kind and gracious! She gave me choices but never overwhelmed me! She handled my part well listening to them but never turning her attention to them over me. Super energetic and so gentle with me. Even the most intimidating decisions she wakes me through one step at a time. She had me outfitted in my dress with all the accessories needed in a short time so I could imagine just what I’d look like on my wedding day. Let me start by first saying Hannah R. is AMAZING. I came to David’s Bridal just to get a feel of what type of wedding dress I wanted... little did I know that I would be saying YES TO MY DRESS! Hannah saw what I picked out and ran with it. She made me feel 100% comfortable when helping me in and out of dresses. She helped me visualize what I would be wearing after all the alterations are done. I am completely over the moon with my experience today. 10/10 recommend- ask for Hannah R - you will not be disappointed :)

Was less than impressed with this experience. Two appointments were booked for the same time and the associates were splitting time between the two of us. They didn’t offer any advice when I asked for recommendations on dresses for my body type. They didn’t help any with putting dresses on. I had to ask my sister to help me get in and out of dresses. They weren’t around at all to help clip dresses up so that I could see how they would look altered. And honestly, it didn’t feel like a special day at all. Felt more like trying on prom dresses than picking out my wedding dress.

I bought my wedding dress today thanks to the amazing Jorrae aka Jo!!! I was in need of a dress off the rack that actually fit me with no need for major alterations. Jo’s taste and intuition were beyond impressive as she instantly began leading me through the store in a very calm and thoughtful manner. She introduced me to the six or seven best choices; all felt like they were made just for me. I am so thankful for her attentiveness to my overall vibe. Every dress she suggested suited me and sparked my attention. On top of all that, she helped me stay within my budget! I really couldn’t be more grateful for being paired with Jo. We decided to plan a wedding in a very short amount of time so I’m thankful I found a dress I loved that fit my budget and would be available in time for the wedding. I had two of my bridesmaids go there to look for dresses and none of the colors that would fit the theme were available in the dresses they liked so we had to go elsewhere. Also disappointed that the cost of alteration was just about the same as the cost of the dress. Had I known up front, I wouldn’t have been so disappointed, but no one gives you a cost for alteration until you’re pinned up in the dress with the train already cut off. All the staff I encountered were pleasant to work with though. 3/5 for good customer service and fair prices, however I never would have thought availability and alteration would have been such a disappointment.

While I didn’t end up choosing a David’s Bridal dress, I still want to leave a review because I had one of the most incredible experiences with Jo at David’s in Omaha. As a plus size woman, I was hesitant of the wedding dress shopping experience, but as soon as I was introduced to Jo, she made me feel so beautiful, and found dresses that were flattering and truly made me forget about all of the insecurities I walked into the store with that day. She also made sure to make my family feel included, and made my time slot with her a top priority. I will recommend the store to anyone who’s looking to not only finding an amazing wedding dress for any venue, style, shape, and price, but for the bride’s who are looking for that wedding dress shopping experience that you only hear about!

Wow talk about great service! Overall experience was over the top! Diann Swigart was sooo pleasant from the moment I was looking at dresses and had some on hand she went ahead and got a fitting room ready for me! Diann was so patient with me, I honestly didnt think I would walk out with a dress. Diann had dresses waiting for me outside the fitting room door. Diann found a dress that was so perfect if it wasnt for her I wouldve never found the dress I did. Im so grateful Diann assisted me from the beginning! Huge shout out to her I appreciate it sooo much.

My experience at David’s Bridal was smooth and relaxing. It was the first store I went for dress shopping. I had no idea what I was looking for, but my stylist was able to put me in a dozen dresses during my hour appointment. Within a few dresses we narrowed down the shape and fabric I wanted in a dress. While I did not find my dream dress here, I would highly recommend it to anyone with a small budget or as a starting point to see lots of options without the hassle of boutique style shops.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have had the displeasure of buying several dresses from this location.My first issue was when I walked in and absolutely no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I had to let my self into a dressing room while some employees gossiped at the front table. I found a dress that was dirty and asked if they had another one available. They took it to the back and brought me back a wet dress that they had “cleaned”My second experience here I needed to order a dress because they did not have my size. I asked the older gal at the register if she could assist me and she acted so annoyed. I ended up telling her that I didn’t want to inconvenience her and I left and ordered it myself.The third experience was the very last straw. I went in a found a dress (again with no help) and tried it on. It fit perfectly and I took it to the register to purchase. The gal at the counter Camryn said it was a sample dress and that it was not for sale. The earliest I could order it would be November. I asked if there was any way I could buy that one as I needed a dress ASAP. She had a manager come over named Hannah who in my opinion looked incredibly unprofessional. Her hair had about 10 different colors in it all faded. There was a shaved patch on her head and he outfit is not one that I would consider professional. She had an attitude and again told me it was a sample dress. They then helped me order a dress and I gave them the wedding date several times. After I paid for it $180 they had selected the wrong date and told me that it would arrive after the date. I ended up calling the Lincoln store and they had a dress for me. I drove out there and told them the story and about the “sample dress” the store manager there informed me that there is no such thing. All bridesmaid dresses are available for sale. She apologized and gave me the best help. I bought the exact dress from the Lincoln location that Omaha told me was a “sample” I called David’s Bridal customer service and they also confirmed that they do not have “sample” bridesmaid dresses and this dress should have been sold to me.If you are selecting David’s Bridal please drive to the Lincoln location! They were very amazing and helpful. I will be leaving a bad review for the Omaha location every where that I can.

I was worried that it would be stressful shopping for a wedding dress, but my gal Jorrae made it fun. She really listened to what I was looking for and kept bringing me different dresses to figure out what works best for my figure. She was cheerful and patient, and she found me two really great options. Either way, I’m going to look great!

I received my dress today and it was in no way shape or form what I recalled trying on originally. I was devastated. I came into the store and all the staff was so amazing and bent over backwards to help me. Jo was clocking out when they asked her to help me. She came running and was so supportive. She turned what was a terrible day in to a amazing day. I was in tears at the beginning and by the end she had me laughing. I couldnt have asked for a better individual to help me. I had my first try on appointment yesterday, and Kaitlyn was my stylist she was so very helpful, and very encouraging when I wanted to try on dresses more even though I had already found the perfect one. She helped me and my family when it was needed, and helped me find my perfect dress!

I went prom dress shopping with my daughter the other day with my daughter and after hours of looking we landed on a dress, only problem it was a bridesmaid dress in the wrong size! We looked online and weren’t able to get the dress. However the little supervisor with Black hair I forget her name I think it was Jane, was able to get the dress in a slightly larger size. My daughter has never been so excited. Thank you David’s bridal for having such great customer service.

Ill admit that I had a smaller budget for my Vegas wedding dress than what most ladies spend on dresses, however, I do wish they had a little more of a selection for us who chose a less elegant occasion. I did find a dress I liked and the gal helping us was great. She was professional and was sweet to my restless daughter.

I have been to Davids bridal a few times in my life this was probably one of the best times with Jo the person who helped me. I was explaining what kinda bridesmaid dress I was looking for and she knew where it was. She has a wonderful opinion and was honest. Love that! Thank you!! I was also telling her I was getting married in 2022 and explained what I was looking for in a wedding dress and she was on the same track as me!! I will be back!!

I was really disappointed in the order and delivery process with my dress. We all ordered our bridesmaid, MOH and MOB dresses 2 weeks ago. I was given a week in July for my dress to arrive. Today, I get a phone call that I have to pick up my dress this week (April 29) or pay shipping. Basically, its fine being early but I am upset about getting a penalty for their dates being off 3 months. The least they could do is hold it longer if needed.

I went to look for bridesmaids dresses as well as my wedding dress and Jade Reanne was so helpful! I didn’t really know what to expect coming in, but Jade told me exactly how they do fittings and that they have a sizing dress to figure out what sizes I should be looking at. I thought it was as great that they provided strapless bras and shape wear, if you did not bring your own. She had good suggestions as to what accessories would look good with each dress and explained how it would be altered to fit that would be flattering for that type of dress. Ended up leaving with a dress I didn’t know I’d find!

For a couple, the day of the wedding is one of the most important, and stores usually get that, and make the experience as pleasing as possible. Not in this case, far from it. The sellers were absolutely rude, judgemental, and the care for the dresses are minimal...our dress came with makeup marks in it, and no reasonable excuse for it. The appointment to try it out, the dress should be impecable, thats what you want, to sell your products. This store lacks touch, and honestly, Target serves as a better retail store than this.

I worked with Jo and absolutely loved her!! She made me incredibly comfortable and helped me relax. She truly listened to what I liked and didn’t like. She really helped me focus on the details and the fit of the different dresses. She gave me time to make sure I felt comfortable in every dress and didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want.

Andrea and Hannah were both wonderful! They both made my wedding dress search so pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed or judged. They gave me their opinions and gave me tips on what may work or not. Felt like I was with friends. Special extra kudos to Hannah who at my second appt did not get annoyed with my kids. She included them in the whole process and made sure they did not feel left out.

I went to look for a bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding and the service was not what I was expecting. I havent worn a dress since my own wedding last year and my stylist (Jade R.) was not attentive. I went in not knowing what style I wanted, and she had no suggestions. And, once I found a few styles I liked she didnt even offer to find other dresses with that style or to help in any way.At one point I even heard her say that she didnt know if I was in the fitting room or not (and my mom was clearly sitting right outside).

Kay is my hero for helping me find the perfect dress so quickly. She really helped make the whole experience awesome and she was able to share in the laughs. Best consultant I have every worked with.

I wish I could remember the young lady who helped me! She was AMAZING! My maid of honor couldnt be there, but she helped me with a return and picking out a dress I love.

Cameryn was awesome. She understood my style within two minutes of us chatting and I loved her dress choices for me over my own choices. I ended up choosing two dresses she had found and I love it!!Everyone else there was super friendly. The manager was willing to hold two dresses for me until the next day so I could decide. I chose the other option they suggested which was to buy both and return one within 7 days.Honestly, they made dress shopping a breeze. Laid back, efficient and fun. Just the way I am.

Andrea was so incredibly helpful. I went in with no idea what I wanted other than floral and she patiently worked with me and helped me find dresses that I’d like. It was a great experience for this anxious bride.

Very poor service. Unprofessional staff. Had an appointment and the gal who was assigned to me did not help at all. She was too busy helping another associate with her client. So I made an appointment for no reason. My friends had to search out dresses for me to try on and track down the associate to get clips from her to tighten areas of the dress. Would not recommend for a first time bride!!!!!!!!

We went to Davids Bridal to get me fitted for a maid of honors dress. Ive always been uncomfortable in them and struggled to find something that fits my style and body type- but this experience was well worth it. Joe was the person who helped us, and she made the experience the absolute BEST. Joking, showing us styles even we didnt think of, helping in and out of them, making sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone, just ask for Joe!!

I came in the the store, after having a terrible experience from another bridal salon, and only a couple months left until my wedding date. Becky, the sales manager, took great care of me! With her help I found THE dress in no time!! I highly recommend Davids Bridal! They have a great selection and an awesome team!

I had an amazing experience here! I went in to my appointment fully expecting not to buy a dress and just get a feel of what I liked because I had always heard they were super expensive. Hannah was amazing and helped me find dresses under my budget. Both dresses I was going back and forth on were only $699 originally and on sale and absolutely beautiful. Hannah gave so much advice and showed us how the alterations process would go and made everything so much easier and less stressful. I found my beautiful dream dress within my budget and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Davids bridal and Hannah!!

I bought my bridesmaids dresses here a few months ago and I’m so glad I didn’t get my wedding dress here. Planning a wedding is supposed to be exciting but the consultant helping me was not very excited for me, I realize she was having a bad day but leave it at the door. The place that I bought my wedding dress (in Arizona) they treated me like a princess and the consultant shared my happiness. Also I live in GI and planned my appointment a month in advance with them knowing that I would have a big party and the day before the manager called a couple days before my appointment and asked if we could come later in the afternoon as they double booked. It was frustrating, thankfully my bridesmaids were ok with it. Then the day of they asked if we could come in earlier. We had made plans before hand as we made a day of it and I told them no. Someone else can change their times. My bridesmaids dresses we picked out were beautiful and affordable and came in at a timely manner so that was a plus.

Kaitelyn was really helpful with finding me the proper dress for my wedding day and we finally got the one❤️. She was really helpful with asking me to rate the dresses and I fell that it truly did help me find the right dress it may not be white but it’s beautiful. Thank you very much David Bridal for the help.

Our consultant was nice however, she was not super helpful. We were told to find stuff we liked and then come find her but she wasn’t easy to track down. We looked at some more options and we had hunt her down to take each dress over to her and see if it even came in the color or sizes we needed. We ended up just leaving frustrated with no dresses.

I had already purchased a dress for my July wedding, and merely kept my appointment so that my Mother and Maid of Honor could share in the experience. You were so patient with me because I didnt really know what I was looking for. To my surprise, we were all shedding tears of Joy, as I rang the bell, saying YES! to my dream dress. I went to David’s Bridal as my first stop for wedding dress shopping. I saw many dresses online and was able to make an appointment beforehand. I went during the week and there weren’t many people in the store, so I felt comfortable as far as social distancing and covid precautions are concerned. The store was so clean and organized, and the staff was professional. My stylist gave me the time I needed to find some dresses I was interested in trying on, and was so attentive through the whole process. As I refined my style she was able to find me a dress that I LOVED and was not expecting to find! I am so pleased with my purchase and am ecstatic to come back and see my dress once it’s been delivered. Thank you to Andrea, you eased all of my worries about shopping and I am beyond happy with my experience!

Hannah R was GREAT!! I’ve never had a better experience at any David’s Bridal. She was very helpful with my bridesmaids along with figuring out who should wear what color. I would definitely recommend booking with her!

Although I was miffed about there being a computer scheduling glitch and getting a call the morning of my appointment that we needed to change the time. Our consultant, Jorrae made up for that. She did a great job and made sure to find a fit for everyone.

Name like D&B think you would have your act together.Horrible!Picked the dress in March come find your associates never ordered it. Paid for it an all. One month out have to shop for new dress somewhere else. Very disappointing. Not Reccomend

Jo helped me pick the perfect dress! Jo went above and beyond making this a very special and emotional experience. It was my second time trying this dress, and I was not planning on making a decision today. Jo is the reason I could fully see the beauty of the dress, and make this important decision with clarity. She brought me shoes, a belt, a hair clip, even pulled my hair back for me so I could see the full picture. She was so genuinely happy to help in any way and just plain pleasant to be around. She really made saying yes to the dress an enjoyable experience. Ask for Jo, you will not be dissapointed!

Jade Reanne was my consultant to find a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. She was amazing. Super attentive and patient with me and my little kiddos she even squeezed in time for them to try on their flower girl dresses. Jade went above and beyond at our appointment even though they were short staffed. Thank you Jade!!
