Highly recommend Uno Cleaning! They did our move-out cleaning. Got my deposit from landlord. Extremely satisfied with these guys.

We have used UNO Cleaning for 5 properties, including our own home. They always do a great job, and sometimes when we need a last-minute clean, they fit us in, even on short notice. Super friendly, and Ill continue to use and refer them to family and friends.

I have an adult daughter who moved from California to go to school in Omaha. She now lives in an apartment with two cats. We hired Uno Cleaning to help her with housekeeping because she is in school/lab all the time. I still live out in California and when I come to visit her apartment it is always nice and clean thanks to her hard working housekeepers. Housekeeping is not the only services Uno is providing. In the past year, they became more like a family to us. We call them if something breaks in the house, we call for cat sitting, we call for random installation and repairs. No job is too small for Uno. I am glad I found someone I can trust in a far away city to take care of my daughter while she is away from home. Thank you so much, Uno Cleaning, you are the best!

We hired them to do a deep move out clean and in some areas they did great but in other areas you can hardly even tell they cleaned. The showers and the tub were done incredibly well, we were very pleased. However, they were paid extra to clean the carpet upstairs as well as behind the stove and refrigerator and none of those areas were done. They also said they would clean the base boards and light fixtures and they did not do so in all the rooms. There were huge cobwebs still left in most rooms and they lost one of the pieces to hang our blinds back up so we had to order another one from the manufacturer. We will not use this company again.

We hired UNO Cleaning for a deep clean of our house before putting it on the market. They showed up when they said they would and left no stone unturned. My house is spotless from top to bottom, they moved furniture to clean hard to reach areas and even cleaned our fridge (what a pleasant surprise to come home to!) we will definitely be using them to clean our new house before we move in. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional in their communication. I called on Thursday to get a deep clean on my basement done as a result of a drain backup which now leaves my floor dirty with sewage water. I had used their service years ago so I decided to go back with them. They told me the earliest they can get to my house is Saturday and I agreed and scheduled for 5pm. I sent a video of what my floors looked like as requested so they can be prepared for the day of. No response as it was end of day. The next day, Friday, I messaged again to ask for a quote but since it was around 10pm when I got to asking I assumed that it was after hours so no one wants to respond.Today is Saturday, 5pm and I call and got hung up on. Texted and the message was read again yet no response.Completely unprofessional, if they did not want to do the appointment, a simple “no, please call another service” would have been helpful. Now I have to try and call around for a different service and have my basement still gunky for the weekend.

Always a good experience! I have them come over on a monthly basis. They are very responsive and have flexible time frames open! Thanks!
