Very bad service experience of using this company to transfer my mother to the Hospice House. Staff was not prepared or professional. Yelled at my mother, the equipment was old and dirty(looked like vomit on straps). We had to helplift her in fear of her getting injured. Then we were asked after the transport what her medical conditions were in order to fill out a form in the lobby of the hospice house in front of the director. The experience was bad enough that we called the management staff. We spoke to the owner Jim and he was just as unprofessional and insensitive as his staff. Told us that its a perception issue and that we probably have high emotions. Its hard enough to go through the experience of losing a mother and having to make the decision to put her in a hospice care. Everyone that we have worked with has been incredible except this company. This was awful. Do not use this company if you can avoid it!

Medics ay home is by far the worst place to work if you hold a healthcare provider license in Nebraska, unless of course youre looking to be severely underpaid, and overworked.Between the squads that dont match, the constatiantly failing equipment that remains unserviced since 1993, and the owner whos only in the business for the money, Id recommend a job at mcdonalds or Burger King. When equipment fails the crew is blamed for the problem. When the owner is confronted about sub par equipment and working standards, youre met with complete incompetence from him and shame on your part. I wouldnt trust this company to transport a dead tree and treat it with the respect and dignity it deserves.Healthcare personnel who hold licenses in Nebraska be warned. This is the type of company your instructors warned you about. Stay FAR far away.For those who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with or riding in a medics at home ambulance, from healthcare workers everywhere, Im deeply sorry. And for those who are lucky enough to not have had to deal with this company- a word of advice, find a friend with a pickup truck and put your loved one in the bed of the truck to transport them where they need to go. Youll be much better off, and happier that you did!

The place where I am at for rehab used them to transport me to my doctors appointment on September 30th 2019. Their service was great, had good conversations with the four I dealt with and even jokes around to!!!! Thankyou so much to the Lincoln Location...

Worst ambulances Ive ever seen. Always a problem with equipment. Who even uses manual cots anymore? Non-functioning air conditioners in trucks, and they still transport people in them in the middle of August.The only good thing about this company is their crews.

Horrible experience, they were not professional, and dispatch were extremely rude. Id reccrecom a taxi service. Taxi service will also have more medical experience.
