On time, very professional and very fair. Repaired damage to one of my gutters after the big storm Omaha had. Also was happy to answer my questions and give me tips on upkeep. Definitely will be calling them if I need any more service in the future.

We replaced the gutters and downspouts on the whole house. I missed the estimate at first in my emails and Danny texted me to see if I received it. I really appreciated the follow up text. They were easy to work with, scheduled me right away, showed up on time, and worked until 7pm when the job was complete. I was impressed.

Really appreciated how quickly Omaha Gutter & Siding was able to respond to the repairs we needed. They gave a competitive estimate and replaced rotten sections of soffit and fascia in record time. We will definitely work with them again, when need arises.

We called Omaha Gutter Company to replace the old worn gutters on our house. We called them on a Thursday afternoon to make the appointment, Scott and Lisa were out at our home that evening for an estimate. They were able to email the estimate that same night. Estimate was very quick and very reasonable, which I really appreciated. We called and accepted the offer the next day. On Monday, they removed the old gutters and on Tuesday the new gutters were completely installed. Everything was done very professionally and quickly. The crew members were great. I had questions, they were able to answer. Price was reasonable, quality of workmanship was perfect, the experience was great.

Great communication as we were out of town when OGC called on a Sunday afternoon and said they would be there Monday morning. Was able to work out details and installation was done while out of town. Have 2 Dogs this was great. Instillation was excellent and done to what expected.

Omaha Gutter Company was reasonably priced. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. The work crew were quick and did good work. They also cleaned up after they were done! Would recommend them.

Contacted Omaha Gutter to to look at 2 downspouts that were not draining properly. The estimator identified the problem as too small diameter of downspouts.The technicians who came out did a great installation job, clean and in a timely manner.Omaha gutter Company did everything right for me at a fair price. Although my need was simple, a short section of gutter that had rotted, The Omaha Gutter Company was prompt, professional and friendly. They completed the job well, cleaned up and followed up with me to verify we were happy with the completed job. I would definitely hire this company again and refer others as well.

These guys have been around for a long time, Ive been a contractor in Omaha for 40 years and have used them numerous times over my career.Definitely will have them do work for me again very fair and pricing excellent and quality assurance and its timely as any other contractor can be based upon their busy seasons

At the first part of June, 2020, Craig came out to discuss my project and stated I would get a quote, via email, by that Friday. After waiting over a week, I had to call to remind him to get me a quote. Finally got that on June 18th and my son called immediately to make arrangements for them to schedule the work. Craig told him that he would get back to him. Never heard another word from Craig or Omaha Gutter. We gave up & got another quote (which was even cheaper) and had the work completed within a two week period and they did a super great job. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM OMAHA GUTTER..................

Took a while to respond and schedule the work, but came and did a nice job. Sent a nice note apologizing for the delays. Worth a shot. Nice people and good work product.

Never even got an estimate for work. Put in a request through Home advisor. Craig left me 3 voicemails in one day. I called him back the next day and he insisted I was mistaken and he never contacted me. Me: Ok whatever I still would like an estimate can someone come out Friday when I’m off work? C: Sure I’ll tell the guys your off and they can come over whenever. Me:I simply meant I’m flexible on Friday for an appointment not that I’m not doing anything. I would prefer to set up a time. C: I’ll make sure they call you before they come over to make sure you’re home. Friday- no one showed up. Got a call on Monday and some gal; I forget her name but she was very nice and personable, was apologetic that no one showed up and insisted Craig is not supposed to be answering phones and scheduling appointments. Asked if someone could come by in 2 hours for a consult. A full hour after the appointment still no one. Guess they really don’t need the business for a full gutter and downspout replacement.

Very quick on getting me an estimate however other then sending me the bill once the job was complete that was the only quick part for this job. Once I accepted the estimate it took over 4 weeks to be called by the office to be put on the schedule. This was even after a number of calls from me wanting to know when I could expect work to be started. Finally given a date for a Tuesday and they were a no show and no call either. Finally showed up and did some work on Wednesday and then left everything in my yard until that Saturday. Had people having to walk over gutters while out trick or treating. With all that said the gutters look great and the team who installed them were nice as well.

Called this morning only needed one 30 foot long gutter and installation. Other companies would not do it such a small job. Scott had his workers over with an estimate and came back that same day and got it done in less then an hour! Very reasonable price much cheaper then I thought! Highly recommend!!

They did a good job on my gutter. I had them estimate a portion of my roof. We will be back in a couple of weeks to repair your roof. Ive been waiting 2 months. They lie to you on phone. We have a crew on standby were coming this week. You will be disapointed !!!!! Mike doesnt work there anymore.

We had Omaha Gutter install siding and a new roof this summer (2015). One thing I appreciate about Scott (the owner) is that he is always honest and more than fair. The quality was top notch and he took time to care about the little details that I wouldn’t have noticed during the project.

Highly recommended. Price was right and Mike was great to work with. Installers were very professional and worked their tails off. They answered my questions made sure I was satisfied with their work. Hard to find good contractors these days, but these guys knocked it out of the park.

Had a terrific experience with Mike, he was great to work with, he was prompt and responsive to any and all inquiries, and my problems were fixed ahead of schedule. Couldnt ask for better service. The price was more than fair as well. What else needs to be said?! Thanks Mike

I have over 20 years in construction. Omaha Gutter Company is a solid outfit. They provide good quality workmanship at affordable prices. They will stand behind their work if there is ever an issue. They were easy to contact and always available to answer my questions. I would hire them again, and would not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family.

I called asking for bid had Phil come out gave me a bid said it’ll be 2 weeks before someone contacts two weeks rolls i call and speak to George he tells me it’ll be another two weeks before anyone gets to me. Here it is a month later and NOT 1 person has contacted me about a gutter replacement. Dont tell your customers you will do this do that and never respond to that person smh.

Excellent workmanship at a more than reasonable price. Just as impressive was the timely responsiveness from bid to completion.
