The customer service was horrid. I brought an older coat in for repair and maintenance. I expected professional service. What I got back was a disaster. When I told them that I was dissatisfied with their services, and pointed out the problems, I was told that I could leave it with them. Black thread on a brown coat. Threads no knotted, just dangling. The eyes were cheap pieces of plastic. They were rude over the phone. The email from them was down right disrespectful. I do not recommend them for anything. ***I did not use profanity. My husband has never called your store. I never complimented the workmanship. There are emails, messenger, and photos of the issues created by your store.

I recently purchased my first fox fur stroller from Christian Nobel and it was a great shopping experience!

I stored my family heirloom coat with Christian Nobel for the summer and paid for storage and treatment. I moved out of state during the summer so had them ship the coat to my mother (original owner) in SC. First, they told me it was shipping the next day. After almost a week of not receiving it, I called back to see if there was a tracking number and the employee apologized and told me it would be shipping the next day. When my mom received the coat - oh the horror! She was extremely disappointed! She said it didnt appear that it was treated/glazed at all. There were white threads hanging out of it and on top of that, they folded up and shoved a $10k coat in a box with no tissue paper, no paper work, no protectant, in a USED box! (she knew because her address label was on top of another UPS label) she now has to get it treated somewhere else....very disappointed...:(
