Talked my boss into using one of their fire extinguishers. He bought one. One day a few weeks later without calling or notifying us one of their technicians showed up and asked to look at the extinguisher. He was here for under 5 minutes, he just left, didnt say a word. Now a few weeks later I find out I owe them $40. No call before they came, no warning of yearly charges when it was installed, just an over priced fire extinguisher and an extra $40 a year to send a 16 year old out to look and tap the gauge on my equipment. Fire and safety is very important, Just dont get your hard earned money EXTORTED by this company.
