Service was ok, not amazing, just ok.My daughter got her ears pierced, they did an amazing job on that.They advertise a diamond, it was so little, I would definitely pay for a bigger diamond if it had been available, the one available is just too small.

Sales person helped me with a cartilage earring. Got home to put in my ear, but could not. In order for the front of the ring to show I had to try and put the ring in my ear backwards, how do you do that! Its as if it was only made for the left ear, and my piercing is on the right. This absolutely made no sense, and I am stuck with something I cant use that was not my fault. I will go to the tattoo shop to buy my piercings! I would have been happy with just an exchange!!

Took my son to get his ears pierced. Miranda did a fabulous job piercing so far. I had to ask her to change her gloves after she touched my sons hair, the pen everyone uses for marking, the papers that needed to be filled out, and the cupboard handle that contained the cotton to swab ears again. She was actually nice about it. We bought 6 pairs of earrings and she only gave us a 20% discount on them...Even though Its supposed to be 40% off for labor day weekend. So basically a bait and switch. To tired to go back and get the rest of my 20% off. So check the website first . It did however surprise my son by getting his ears pierced. Thank you Mir and for being so kind and careful with the piercing. By the way, it really hurt to have his ears pierced. He just didnt want to say anything until we got out t to the car.
