Today, at about 12:55 pm, my wife and I were in front of our house struggling to load a very heavy aerator into the back of our SUV. One of your Amazon drivers, whose name I did not get, saw us struggling and without hesitation stopped and assisted me in getting it loaded. He saw an opportunity to go above and beyond his job description and do something kind and he took it. Not only was the assistance greatly needed, but was very much appreciated. I hope you are able to find out who this gentleman was, and recognize him for not only his random act of kindness, but for representing the Amazon brand with professionalism and a sense if community service. We order frequently from Amazon, and this only makes us want to use your services more. And to the driver, thank you!

Omg! Cute delivery guy named Gary was just THEE sweetest and helped me bring up a huge couch to my apartment. To Garys boss, you truly hired the right man for this job! I hope to run into you again!

Never had any issues out them until yesterday 8/24/20. Got email saying package was delievered with snap photo of it by my apartment door. Got off work late came home and no package. Now am i saying they took it back no I’m not but do i know whether it was the driver or someone in my apartment that stole the little package i do not know. But i question both.

Amazon driver left my gate open letting my dogs out. 0.5 out of 10 would not reccomend to a friend

Delivery service is bad. Drivers never knock or ring doorbell when they deliver and dont put package up near door so anyone walking by can take and since they dont knock or ring doorbell package sits on porch for hours before you know it was delivered. Will never order anything from Amazon because of this. Other delivery companies at least take the second to let customer know you have a package sitting there by knocking door ringing doorbell.

Arrived 11pm. Closed. Whoever put that its open 24h on google maps should be shot. I drove hours to here from wyoming.

Amazon wont deliver to my apartment building because it doesnt have a buzzer, even when I put clear instructions to leave the packages outside the building. However, the locker wont accept larger packages, giving me no options.

The delivery instructions on my account are very explicit. They clearly state do not deliver to the mail room, management office, that I am always home. ALWAYS Yesterday they said they left it in the mail room I dont have a mail room. I called at 7 this morning to ensure the delivery would be delivered to my door. They did not deliver they said the exterior door to my complex was locked. THERE IS NO LOCKS ON THE OUTSIDE ENTRANCE TO THE COMPLEX. I have called three days in a row trying to ensure delivery of items that were time sensitive. I spoke with a rep at Lagostics she showed mo concern whats so ever. I have severe anxieties which do not allow me to go outside, I dont deal well on the phone either. I have been an very heavy user of Amazon. somply because ot really helped me out with accomodating my medical conditopnst. Amazon customers are no longer impprtant to them I have Prime, spend a consoderable amount of momey. I have Audible, Kindle. since they have showen me absolutely no respecr, or consideration for my disabilities and rhe stress they have caised I am forced to cancel my Amazon account everything, fimd places rhat care aboit rhwir customers

A bit hard to find if you dont know where youre looking for them. But I love them and use them frequently.

I didnt pick my items up in time they were shipped back within 3 days.
