They do not specialize in large items and e commerce delivery. I ordered a bathroom vanity and selected room of choice delivery with payment included. The delivery was never scheduled . I changed the delivery from room of choice and then they deliver the item. Upon delivery it is apparent that the item will need professional movers to lift accordingly. They said they would send someone back out. They did not. They said they would charge my e commerce company extra for the lifting. No problem with me. When I called my e commerce company to verify the shipping payment that I would cover, Nebraska Cartage told them they would in fact NOT move the item into the room of choice even with payment because it is too large The real problem is giving my e commerce site that I ordered from, the option of in room deliver and not actually fulfilling that request even when the customer is willing to pay. Again, they are not a large item delivery company and will not place the item were you need it to go. I will now utilize a partial refund my e commerce company gave to me so that I can hire outside movers to relocate the item for us. This is an additional step in the delivery process we we were not expecting. I hope the e commerce industry does not utilize Nebraska Cartage again as it is falsely advertising their services.

Had 2 scheduled deliveries and both times never showed up.Had to go to the company/warehouse and make a scene. My delivery was made within 2 hours. This would not been done had I not gone there in person. In the end it worked out and people were nice at Nebraska Cartage, but they have big communication and logistic problems.

If I could give no stars I would. Holding someone’s items for over a month with no delivery or explanation is unacceptable.

The delivery person was wonderful! We ordered a dining table for our new home from Wayfair, hoping it would come in time for Thanksgiving. We were able to call Hot Shots to get a delivery update from them and they expedited our order right away. The driver called ahead and was in our driver 20 minutes later. He came to ask us where we’d prefer drop-off and quickly put the boxes into our garage. What wonderful service and what a professional!!!

Incompetent amateurs.They had the couch I ordered from Wayfair for multiple days before I even knew it had arrived. They then contacted me with a single text message telling me I had to click a link (in the text) within 8 hours to confirm. The link went nowhere. Wayfair said I should receive a call to schedule delivery. These people sent me a single text saying they would deliver the item Monday March between 1:45 - 5:45pm. Monday March WHAT??? Do they know how dates work? So, I called them and rescheduled for that Wednesday. This was 7 days in advance. The lady said shed schedule it and send me a confirmation text when it was done. That next Monday I still hadnt received a text so I called and confirmed delivery. The next day I got a text telling me to go to the same bogus link to confirm delivery within 8 hours. Well, they were closed for the day and the link didnt work so I left a voice mail. The next morning I received a call from them to tell me I hadnt confirmed delivery so they had canceled it pending reschedule. I told them I left a voice mail and even confirmed delivery on Monday. She said there was no record so they cancelled delivery. They rescheduled it for Thursday morning. After which I got a call from a gentleman at the company saying they would send the truck back to put the box on it and deliver it that day. Two hours later I got a call from the lady I spoke to earlier saying the delivery had been scheduled for Thursday. This was after I got the courtesy call from the driver saying they were on their way to my apartment. Huh? I have the couch in my living room and that lady thinks its in their warehouse waiting to go out tomorrow. This was the most asinine company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you have the opportunity to deal with these people DONT!!!

I was very impressed with this delivery service! I could track the truck before it arrived and it would update an estimated delivery time - they were even earlier than expected! They called me 30 minutes before they arrived and were very friendly. I asked them to leave it on our front porch, which they did! I then got a confirmation text that the package had been delivered which included pictures of the packages sitting on my porch!! Very happy with them!

I gave specific instructions for the delivery of my large and heavy item. The guys who delivered followed those instructions and left a postcard with their names and contact information of there was any problem. All staff I had contact with were friendly and clarified any information and requests to make sure they understood what I needed.

Worst service ever! Called to say they were 30 mins away from delivering a package and they never showed up! Called the next day to be told that they couldnt find my home and it wasnt on the truck for delivery that day. Person I spoke to says they called multiple times and that is a lie. No missed calls or messages from that time frame. Called the following day to be told maybe they would deliver it next week. I can pick I up before 3 P.M on a weekday and that is super convenient for someone who works. Stay away from this place if at all possible.

They called half an hour before arriving and put my delivery right in my garage. Very friendly and let me check packages for possible damage. There was none.

Ive had deliveries from HotShot twice now and both times were excellent. Right on time. 30inute courtesy call beforehand. Packages in perfect condition and placed exactly where I asked. Couldnt be happier and am glad Wayfair chooses this company.

They tried to deliver it on a day our office was closed and when i tried to reschedule, they said Id have to wait another weeks! Do they deliver by donkey or something? Worst ever.

Saatva mattress was at Hotshot May 3, 2019. They didnt deliver it until May 17 and that was after four calls to the dispatcher PLUS one call back to the manufacturer. Why does it take two weeks to deliver a mattress? My home is five miles from your facility at 4529 S 134th St.

The service received from this company was awful. I had to call multiple times trying to coordinate a delivery and he man I spoke to Kelly was the absolute worst. He continuously scheduled delivery for dates I had told him I would not be home to receive it, and on one occasion even lied about the day my package was being delivered. A week and 10 phone calls later I was able to speak to someone who was actually interested in delivering my package. After I spoke to her I never had to call again and my package was delivered. Despite loving my new couch I will never purchase anything from wayfair again knowing this is the delivery service they utilize in my area. Hotshot needs to look at what their employees are actually doing because its not fair to have one employee trying to irritate customers and having the other try to clean up their mess.

I had to call them multiple times about my order. I scheduled a time window for delivery a week ahead of time. Received no confirmation. When i called again they did not have my scheduled time. I took the morning off work to receive this shippment, to only be told i would not get it when scheduled.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had to go through to get a tv that I ordered through walmart. I was told a week prior( to the date I finally when and picked it up myself) that my tv was on the dock and after 3 missed delivery dates and hours on hold trying to find out what was going on they were just giving me answers to get me off the phone. Walmart has great prices on great tvs but save yourself the pain and buy it in the store. Will do my best to NEVER deal this joke of a company again. Good luck if you have to deal with this company plan at least 1 week on hold.

I ordered a bunk bed for my grandson. It was delivered by two awsome employees whom one of them I remember the name was Martello. Now I received my package in a battered looking state. The box was torn and ripped but the product was alright. Well Martello reassured me that sometimes the packages are loaded carelessly by different carriers and when hotshot receives it they fully inspect it making sure nothing appeared broken or missing before accepting the item. He also reassured me that if anything appeared wrong with it they would have another one shipped right out which I thought was awsome.instead of dropping the items off at the door they took it upstairs to the room awsome team and a well informed gentle men Martello. Ordered a mattress from Walmart. Was shipped by EFW and transferred to Hotshots three days ago. It is still sitting on their dock. Two missed delivery appointments. Just cancelled the order with Walmart and told them to keep the mattress. This is the worst service next to this EFW!
