My package for a customer at my business arrived at 07:40 on 6/10/21 and still today 6/11/21 at 15:00 the package hasn’t moved. I’m losing business with Speedy not delivering. Called to ask where and why the package wasn’t moving and had a rude customer service lady. She told me they were with a sub driver and low staff. That’s no excuse for my package to sit there for 32 hours! I was told it might be possible to get it on Monday if not it’ll be here Tuesday. Totally unacceptable! I will change my shipping preferences and will no longer do delivery with Speedy again. They are not reliable!

A company who hires only full time employees no seasonal ork with full benefits and guaranteed overtime.

Do not use for alcohol shipping or anything that needs a signature. Their tracking does not give a reliable ETA, the website offers no options for customizing your delivery, they are completely unresponsive to messages sent through contact us, and they send your shipment back immediately after the second delivery attempt. They are unforgiving and frankly behind the times in regards to their communication and online user interface.

First time Ive heard of/ worked with this company. Although I wasnt given any delivery date info (which I thought odd since my signature was needed in order to receive the package), I was home. The secured entry doesnt have an intercom. Fortunately, the Spee Dee driver called me and I was able to get my liquor order (from Ace Spirits of MN).Very professional and personable delivery driver: Thank You!

Worst delivery service I have ever seen!! They were supposed to call ahead so I could have someone there to sign for my package. I never received any phone call, and the delivery driver attempted to make the delivery without calling and never left a note on the door. I had no idea he had even been there or that they had attempted to drop the package off until I called them.

Great service less expensive than the other guys most packages del in one day with no extra fees

Was supposed to receive a package shipped by these yahoos. They managed to not only deliver it to the wrong address, but then couldnt be bothered to do anything unless I contacted the seller(Ebay order) to have them contact these jokers. Use someone more reputable, because its not these guys. I mean unless you want your order getting lost. First impression is a lasting one, I wouldnt use these guys to ship anything after this.

I like to support local businesses but honestly these guys kinda suck.

I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered by May 10th well it is May 13th and I still dont have my package. I tracked it and for the last two days said out fir delivery. I checked it again because its getting late and now it says in transit. I have been trying to talk to someone for 2 days and keep getti g put on hold.

Come on now! Most of the general public folks on here leaving 1 star reviews have no clue how quick and inexpensive Speedee is. Try shipping a 50 lb package overnight to Wisconsin sometime and you will appreciate the speed and price. Fedex would cost about 100.00 - speedee 20.00, we ship up to 100 packages a week with these guys and rarely is there an issue, and our driver is very courteous and helpful.

Customer service for on call service is painful at best. I dont know why the operator seems so burdened to take your call, however, she is great at letting you feel like a inconvenience. Its times like the one I experienced on 10/31/2017 at 10:25am, that makes talking to a machine actually seem appealing.

Apparently their office is only open for 2 hours a day, 5-7pm. But do they advertise that on their website? No. Just a tiny sign on a door that is unmarked. I just drove 25 miles to find a locked door and an open warehouse. Did they go swimming or something? Beyond frustrating. Avoid this dump.

I requested an oncall pickup for a customer that needed to get there by this weekend. They were supposed to pickup on Wednesday never showed up. When I called customer service, and was on hold for 15 minutes, all she said she could do was call the driver and the earliest it could be picked up was tomorrow. This is unacceptable when I am running a business and need to get product to my customers when they expect it...

A regional package delivery service that has potential. They dont accept credit/debit cards at the omaha office and dont provide change if you pay in cash. Paying by check or exact cash are the only options for payment. The whole process should be modernized and adapt to an ever changing world and business demands. The staff could use a better customer service skills and do so with a smile. It would also help if employee appearences would be kept up. Being greeted by a man in torn sweatpants and dirty clothing is not professional.They do offer same-day and overnight shipping at great prices. With the right people leading the team this place can be really outstanding.

This company will never get my business! They delivered a package to a company down the street from my house and did a hit and run to my vehicle. They refuse to do anything about it and the CNA insurance company they are covered under is a complete joke! I would have gave no stars but that wasn’t an option.

Shipped package back to sender on 3rd day after failed delivery.

They delivered my package to the wrong address and told me to figure it out. How is this a real company?

They are the worst delivery service in Omaha, they pay no attention to detail and dont seem to mind sending your packages anywhere of their choosing. Not speedy at all !!!!

Highly unreliable and unpredictable. Customer service does not follow through or follow up. Most route drivers are very unhappy with their job and it shows.

Their customer service is atrocious. They made a mistake in getting our shipment to us and when we asked them to help us remedy the situation, they refused to help in any matter. They shipped a package an hour away from us by accident and wouldnt help us get it to us. They are horrible!!!!
