We’ve had Brandon from Done Right Carpet Cleaning do two huge jobs for us.The first one was a full house cleaning in Lincoln, Nebraska. It was a challenge because the carpets needed to be replaced in order to sell the property. Brandon was able to clean them so well that the house sold within two days of cleaning the existing carpets. Amazing!Second time was another full house of carpets with many pet stains. Brandon used enzyme treatment, agitation, and extraction to get the carpets back to new again. Very professional, courteous, and conscientious. Highly recommended.

The man was extremely nice. I went with a big name company to get pet odor out of my carpet and they made it worse. He came and the pet odor is eliminated. Also cleaned my couch! Overall was extremely satisfied thanks so much.

Initially I was happy with the way that my carpet was cleaned however I was kind of concerned because you didn’t use a regular carpet cleaner just some buffer my carpet look good for a couple days but then the stains came right back I called and left him a message and he told me he would make it right and take care of it and he totally spaced me off will never do business again with this person initially he seem like a great guy but in the long run he was only after the money he really wasn’t concerned with doing the job right

Has my carpets cleaned to put my house on market. Carpets where not cleaned all the way. They smelled stale and not fresh. Only center of carpets where cleaned. Did not even close doors and clean behind doors. Carpet around baseboards still had dust and debris. House smelled worse then before carpets where cleaned. Called and talked to business about how I was not happy and they told me if I wanted baseboards done it would be another $250. I had already paid $250.Now I have to have them redone by a different company.
