I am moving and through the title company have discovered that they placed a lien on our property. They are claiming that we did not pay the yearly HOA due which were sent back in March. They never cashed the check. I reached out and was told they were super busy and it would be days before I’d hear anything. Never got a call back. The title company received an itemized list of what they say we owed. It was also showing that we didn’t pay 2020s dues. I have a copy of the cashed check showing they cashed it at First National Bank last April. We are now being charged for this as well. I have sent 3 emails and 7 calls with no response! EXTREMELY unprofessional!!
