Over the past 20 years, we have used Ward’s Kitchens and Baths for three home remodeling projects. These included a master bedroom/bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and bar area, and most recently a laundry room. To be honest, after the first project we didn’t even consider anyone else for the kitchen or laundry room remodels. If you are looking for a company that combines innovative design with outstanding craftsmanship to create a living space uniquely suited to your tastes and life style contact Chuck at Ward’s. You will not be disappointed. The project may cost more than you expected, but it will be completed on time, within budget with minimal disruption to your daily routine. It is always a pleasure to work with Chuck and his team and we absolutely love the final result.Jim and Paula

Wards Kitchen and Baths has remodeled four bathrooms, kitchen, and family room for us. We have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with their work and would only use and recommend them. They are very professional, organized, timely, tidy, and committed to the schedule they plan out for the remodeling project. There are no headaches when you work with Wards. Once they begin the project, you just sit back and watch it all come together. They are simply the best.

If you are looking to remodel your home, look no further than Wards Kitchens & Baths. We have worked with them for over 15 years on several projects and have always been delighted with the results.Chuck, the owner, and his son Jamie keep the ball rolling and make sure every last detail is addressed. Lisa, the designer, draws up and revises plans to fulfill your vision. Sandy, the receptionist, directs and answers your calls in a timely manner. The workmen are experienced, clean, neat, and timely. Wards adheres to a strict schedule so you know who is coming and what is going to be done each day. Your project will be done on time and they stand by the quality of their work. I recommend them highly.

We hired Wards Kitchens & Baths to remodel our 1960s kitchen and master bath. We couldnt have been more pleased with the result. They listened carefully to our desires and their craftsmanship is unsurpassed. In fact, we were so pleased that we later called them back to remodel our basement TV room and a third time to do some work on the exterior of our home. Wards never misses a detail. We highly recommend them without reservation.

My limited experience with this company was terrible. I didnt even get past an initial phone call, but I can tell you that unless youre planning on spending serious $$, they are not interested. I spoke with a woman who was absolutely not interested in talking to me from the start, very unfriendly. She then proceeded to basically laugh at my $10,000 project and told me actually were booked until the middle of next year. Funny, that she was in the process of scheduling me a consultation when this occurred to her...She ended the conversation with Were going to have to pass. Im sure they would have done a great job if I was spending $100,000, and we actually have bigger projects on the horizon, but I will NEVER consider contacting them again. One of the first rules of business should be that you treat your $10,000 customers the same as your $100,000 customers.
