My experience with K-Designers has been on the decline since my first project. When I originally got windows in 2010, it overall went very well. The installers at that time communicated to me that it was difficult to remove the old metal frames but once they got that done it was business as usual from there. Those windows look great and work great. No issues stood out. A couple years later I ordered windows again but for my basement. That process did not go quite a smoothly. After completion I didn’t understand why my windows were different from the ones I previously purchased. I got single hung instead of double. There was also one window frame that just looked like trash. On my first purchased I was told I would get the same pricing for future windows and I expected similar windows. I am not a fan of the windows I got. Now with my third project completed, I have completely lost faith in this company. They have great looking products, but the quality of installation seems to have gone down drastically. I will post a image of my full review of this past experience. Overall I love the look and the materials, but the process was too much. I was originally told this would take about 1 week and I assumed it could be a little longer because thats what happens with life. It took 18 days to get my shower in an usable state and total completion was 2 months. A Re-Bath salesperson I met with to get a quote told me I would regret going through any other company than them, at this point I completely agree.*update*A month later I have a wall piece coming off. This is covered under warranty but I have NO faith in the guy that did the work and it would be his job to fix any warranty claims.

K-Designers did a great job from selling our windows to us to keeping us informed when they were arriving to install our windows. The house looks amazing! The work was done quickly and very professionally.

I arranged for a free quote not once but TWICE and they called to reschedule both times. Now their policy is you and your spouse be present which is very difficult to do with our schedules. When they called to cancel the second time I told them I was no longer interested the representative was very rude and hung up on me.

Quality product quality company

Stay away from this company. You would be better off buying a new house for their prices. Nothing worse than being pushed by a high pressure sale, and talked down on because you dont have lined pockets. Maybe its poor sales rep, and we happened to get the shady one but thats more than enough to turn us away to someone with prefessional people and skills ready to help

Weston was very detailed on all the products available. Very professional and knowledgeable. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the demonstrations provided an actual product presentation.

Weston was very polite and explained the options on windows to us then answered questions that we had even when we interrupted him to ask them. He was very patient and helpful with us getting much needed windows for our home.

Im very excited to tell how Beautiful are home look now! Are home is 110 years old they made it look brand-new. K-Designers are professional they go way and beyond their service. Absolutely a scam. They charge triple for windows and siding and take advantage of those who are elderly or credit challenged. They screw their employees out of their paychecks and commisions.

Want to thank everyone for the wonderful service and the quality of the workmanship that we received when remodeling our home with siding. We were told that the work could be completed within a week after all of the paperwork was signed and approved. After discussing the energy savings and the added value to the house we decided K-Designers was right for us and decided to go ahead. The workers started on Friday morning and worked through the weekend to make sure they would be done by Tuesday. The installers left the yard just like or probably cleaner than when they started. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the products that K-Designers users and especially how courteous everyone was. They treated our home like it was their own. Since the siding has been complete we have had a few of our neighbors come over and comment about how fast and efficient the contractors worked, how clean the job site always was, and how amazing the house looked with the new siding. K-Designers is a quality company and we would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I really like the new windows we had installed and the guys installing the windows did a great job and picked up their supplies and put everything back as they found it. It will be great to keep the cold out this winter.

If they make a mistake they just cover it with bigger trim. I literally had 1X12 boards for trim in a basement window. Then I was forced to sign their satisfaction paper.

This company I contacted and set up a time and date!!! I gave them a chance after they called and cancelled my appointment because the lady who set up the appointment for a siding soffit and fascia and gutters and windows quote apparently messed up so I rescheduled and a couple of days later the same man called me again to cancel!!!! WTH!!! so I told him I already got a company to do the job!!! Take my advice go with someone local in your area and avoid this company!!!
