Alcove did a great job replacing our shake shingle roof. Eric was out the same day I called to assess the roof and make recommendations. His quote was very reasonable and his crew was hard at work the very next morning after we accepted the estimate. They did a great job, took great pains to protect our landscaping, and did a thorough clean-up after the work was completed. Customer service was exceptional. We plan to use Alcove on future projects and highly recommend them.

They were conscientious about their work area. The guys cleaned up after themselves throughout the day, so I never had to worry about stepping on scraps of wood or metal.My husband and I are thrilled with our deck. We had a very poor job that needed corrected immediately. Eric came over, gave a fair quote on a very timely assessment, and had his boys out within a week to start the project. They worked an honest eight hours and finished the job within the two day window he quoted. The job was done properly, on time, and Eric represents his company flawlessly. Good, honest workers are often hard to find, but theyre absolutely found at Alcove.

We had our roof completely replaced as well as some siding on our house replaced after a hail storm. Alcove, specifically Eric, was so great to work with. He patiently talked through all of our options, examined the house for the right repairs needed and worked with our budget. The outcome has been flawless. After the crew did their work, Eric was back out at the house making sure the work was done correctly before we closed out the project.

Quality of installation of my new roof and new gutters/downspouts was pretty high. Erics dealing with the insurance company resulted in more cash to work with. Eric regularly keep contact with us through the process, which was comforting and fruitful. We had to be patient with Alcove, though...it took an entire year before they got it all done (there was a high volume of hail damaged roofs in Omaha to deal with)...but it was worth the wait.

I think they did a fantastic job. I think the only thing Id love to see is more of a project schedule based on other project work they are doing for others. Not a huge deal at all, but thats the only thing. The work was done well and I never really had to do much.

Alcove tree service thinned out a huge maple tree in front of my house. They delicately dropped several large limbs that were close to my neighbors house and thoroughly cleaned up the yard afterward.I am a real estate agent in Omaha NE and Alcove has performed several repairs for many of my clients. Very professional. They came out immediately to give me an estimate and they were very very reasonable. They answered my many questions and were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the branches and limbs. I will use them in the future.

We had our roof, siding, Soffit, Fascia, doors, windows & overhead garage door done by Alcove. Overall did a great job. Seems like there was a hiccup on every step of the project, and the housekeeping wasnt the greatest. The overall final product turned out great thank you Eric and crew. All in all I would recommend this company for any exterior needs.

The project moved fast! The work happened over the weekend so I didnt have to take time off from my work. They didn’t come too early and they talked nice to my dog. :- ) It was as basement wall stabilization project paneling repair… access to the block wall. Outlet power lines were nicked during the panel removal process, but I didn’t need the outlet so the lines were abounded in place by terminating in an electrical box with solid cover. Yah! The existing trim on the paneling was carefully removed and reinstalled for a unifying décor feature since drywall replaced the paneling. Stabilization anchors access was made with 12x12 plumbing access panels. It provided a tidy look and I am happy! Very reasonable and super easy people to work with.

Our experience was great. We had a new porch built and it looks wonderful!I would recommend Alcove to others.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting a roof, siding, windows or anything else Alcove companies offers, Do Not Use Them! We have had an ongoing sunroom renovation that was started in July. He never finished the work completely and yet has threatened to put a lien against my house because I did not pay the remainder of the bill within a week. He has terrible communication and every excuse under the sun including: I am sick; I was in the hospital; my wife broke her knee; the worker is sick; the worker forgot to order his meds; this is the best help I can find; my worker died two years ago I have just not been able to replace him; I did not realize how this was put together so I need to order more parts, we lost the screws so I need to order more, I had a surgery, my wife had to go to the doctor again, the kids had practice, and on and on. These were real excuses given by him over the course of 5 months. Today, he had the gall to threaten to put lien on my house for $600. We have paid him over $20,000 between the sunroom and roof. Are you kidding me? 5 months and you are upset because it took me 8 days to mail a check?
