I took my nephew and the cut he got was horrendous. I asked her to fix it, but she responded with I have 10 years of experience. She was loud, obnoxious and had no customer service skills. I did tip her and walked out, but couldnt leave the parking lot with his hair that way so went back in. Another stylist did what she could with it, but its just bad. Literally the worst haircut hes had at 5 years old. Spots of hair missing, uneven and not lined properly. Britt needs more training.

My wife took my 12 year daughter for a haircut today and they totally messed her hair up. It is totally uneven at the back. I think we just got somebody who was inexperienced and new to hair cutting.I have always got my hair cut at the mission pine location on 168th with different people and it has always been a good experience there.I have taken my daughter to the mission pine location before couple of times and they cut it nicely.Oh well, lesson learnt. Should have stuck to my regular place.

The staff are friendly and personable. Ill be honest and say I have gotten a better haircut elsewhere for the same price (sometimes cheaper if you know where to look). However, I usually leave satisfied and I appreciate how speedy they are and the abundance of TVs to watch sports on.

Love this place! They have the best customer service around! I never have to wait long. And their new system will also let you know how long the wait will be, if youre in a rush. But the MVP special is a must. That hot towel during the shampoo is absolutely amazing. Getting a haircut here is a good way to wind down from a busy and hectic work week! Id give it a 6th star if I really could!

If you are able to, request to get your hair cut by Tara. Amazing conversationalist, even better stylist. Really takes the time to listen to what youre wanting to get done, even if its completely different then what you may have gotten before. I only come to this location because of her.

I always go and see Tara, she does a great job! The online check in is awesome, though I did have a couple instances where I checked in online and was next up only to arrive and have them take someone in front of me forcing me to wait anyway, though that happened a while ago and hasnt happened since.

Sports clips at oakview location is where its at! Go see Joy or Lindsay! the rest of the girls do a good job Im sure, but Im biased! Theres always decent parking. The staff is always friendly and polite. You get what you pay for!

So I took my son in today to get his haircut, and we told her shortin the sides and just a little bit shorter on the top because he likes a little length on the top, she completely buzzed cut it, it took all of 10 minutes if that to cut his hair which in my opinion is too fast and the back was way off the right side was like 1/2 inch more inward than the other side! My son was so upset he cried because she messed it all up!! I’m very mad and not happy at all!! Never going back! She for sure needs to go back to hair school!!

Lets put it this way. Heres the letter I had to send the franchisee for this store because he wouldnt even call me back. DO NOT patronize this store. The service is terrible and they do not care about your business at all.To David Weseman (Yep, go look him up yourself and let him know your own issues with the place):So I spend a couple or three hundred a year at your store on haircuts, mostly for me, occasionally for my boys.Over a week ago I had a cut by Amanda. I was in a big hurry and told her I would skip the VIP stuff; just the cut and Ill be out of there. She finished and asked if it was done. I told her it was not short enough, but thank you anyway and good job, I have to get to work now. Ill come back in for the correction. She said no problem. I paid, tipped, left. After work that day , I headed to Texas for early Christmas with my southern family, so I could get back here for Christmas with my boys.Yesterday I got back. Today I went to the shop for that correction. I was told by both Amanda and the other young girl who seemed to be manager that since it had been over a week I would have to pay for a whole new haircut. Amanda even had the nerve to say, You thought it was fine when I cut it. She knew very well I said it wasnt short enough and would be back. But she was in front of the manager girl and I suspect felt she had to stick to her guns.Bottom line is, they were willing to let me and any future cuts and tips walk, just for the paltry $20-something today. So I did just that. I went to one of your nearest competitors and after a 3 minute story they took care of Amandas correction for tip only, and obviously that $20, to them was a worthy investment. They also quickly remarked about how bad that Oak View store is. Evidently Im not alone in this.FYI, I left my phone number with the manager girl to give you. Either she didnt give it to you, or you didnt care to ring me. Either way, the treatment I received today was awful and obviously not based very well on any reasonable business math or thought of retaining a long-term consistent customer worth considerably more than a 5-minute half inch correction on the top.

So I walk in and my husband says who wants to do her hair! Which we have walked into other sports clips in omaha and woman were fighting over who would do my hair thats why he made that comment. Anyway, one girl says I only do mens hair! The other said she would charge me $10 extra to do my hair and they dont do styling. Her reasoning is it would take longer but she sat on her ass the entire time my husband was getting his hair done and even after that. Obviously she had no interest in doing my hair or she was flat ass lazy. Never had to pay extra at other sports clips, even the one I went to after my husband was done! So any guy with long hair they will charge $10. Otherwise the term for that is SEXIST! And before all you guys say Sports Clips is geared toward men is BS! Women can be sports fans as well and i have gone to other sports clips that were more than happy to trim my hair! Would not recommend this franchise to ANYONE!

Wonderful customer service. I had my hair done by Joy and she was extremely nice.

Got a high and tight fade but from the back looks like a short bowl cut. And one side is higher than the other and it’s very noticeable. Got home and noticed it and I’m very disappointed. I’ve went there and usually have good haircuts but now I have to go around with a this haircut that is totally jacked up.

I had a massive tension headache, and couldnt get into a massage therapist until Monday. I went into this location to get a shampoo/ head and shoulder massage. The stylist gave me a touch up on my hair and neck for free (thanks B.) My headache is gone after suffering from it all week. This place rules.

They used to do a good job...but lately they just arent getting it right. Not even my sons regular stylist is functioning properly.
