Waited outside for 15 minutes at 10am. He was late. He smelled awful and his breath reeked of alcohol and then he got all up in my face. Refused me service when I made reservation a day in advance. Not a good shop at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE.

Jay was my barber and he is the best! Very polite did a great job very fast and it was a great experience! If you think the prices are high they are but you get what you pay for! Great service clean shop amazing hair cuts its an all around win!

New shop in the downtown area is beautiful! Jairo Vasquez is the owner I believe and ever since I first got my hair cut from him a year ago, Ive never gone anywhere else. I never leave disappointed and the fades and line ups are super fresh. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks and get overwhelmed with compliments and people asking where I got it done at. Ive noticed the other barbers there do excellent work as well. Would give 10 Stars if I could-

I waited a hour and a half and the guy didnt say a word to me. After I was finally up, he let another guy in front of me who he claimed had an appointment and told me I might as well go cause he has appointments all day. Not professional, Talked on the phone to multiple buddies while cutting hair. Not ever coming back. This is all after I called multiple times to get an appointment and got no answer or call back.

They gave me a fresh fade with line up !!! I came straight out the east coast with no barber and came out the shop extremely FRESH 💯🇵🇷

My Dad has been looking for a barber for 10 years. Tonight he found his. Entering the shop you get a awesome downtown-homey feel. Especially with a pool table in the back and a room full of posivtive people and vibes. You want something simple? Jairo will do it. Something Hollywood/difficult? Jairo will do it. Not only does he pay attention to detail but he knows how to make any customer feel comfortable. If youre not one for conversation, Jairo wont bother and make sure you get a 5-star cut and leave satisfied. If you like a barber thats real and that doesnt front hes your guy. He was able to sit my squirmish 5 yr old nephew down and give him a line up like youve never seen. Ive never met a barber with such charisma and humour. He even got a few laughs out of my Dad and thats a hard task. My Dad was walking in nervous he was gonna get a cut and then stay searching for a barber. Not the case! Im happy to say that we will be going to Elite for years to come. 5 star rating!
