We were most impressed with the service and professionalism of the men and women at Dave’s Auto Body! COVID has disrupted many businesses and customer service has been lacking due to a variety of issues but not at Dave’s. We got regular phone updates and we even asked for an earlier completion time than normal that was cheerfully accommodated! We could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on our repair. I’m sure we will be back, we have four kids!

SO IMPRESSED! I needed to have a repair done on my 99 SUV and I needed it to be cost effective. Brian at Daves Auto gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and he said he could fix it, but it would not look perfect. I had fairly low expectations for how the repair would end up looking, which was fine due to the age of the car. I just needed it to be safe to drive. The car was repaired the same day I dropped it off and looked so much better than I expected it to! You could hardly tell there had been any damage at all. On top of that, they washed the outside of my car, detailed the interior, and left a packet of gum in the cupholder. The employees were all incredibly nice and helpful, and they were able to help a poor college student have a nice looking car without breaking the bank! If I could give them 10/5 stars I would!

I contacted Brian S. through the website and was able to address a simple fender flare repair on my 2019 Ford F-150 truck. Brian gave me an estimate via email but prefaced it by saying he would still need to see it physically because sometimes pics can be deceiving. I stopped by for that look and set up the appointment for the following week. I dropped off the truck and as promised it was done by the end of the day. He replaced the front fender flare and painted it (perfect match/ruby red metallic). I picked it up last night and it had been washed, vacuumed and they left a package of EXTRA gum and a thank you card in the cup holder. While I was picking up the keys, the paper work was ready and one of the employees asked me if I wanted a free T-shirt. Although I declined, he said if I ever change my mind to come on by for that shirt. Very professional, smooth and customer focused treatment. Brian was detailed and efficient. Overall a 5 star experience!! -Ask for Brian S.!!

They are reasonable in their price. They worked in a timely manner. They gave me a call the day before to let me know it will be ready the next day. The vehicle was cleaned thoroughly when I went to pick it up. Overall great friendly service.

Fabulous service. The rep would call with status updates. Cant even tell where the damage was that they repaired. Hopefully I wont have to use their services again but if I do I have every confidence in them.

They did an excellent job repairing my bumper. Customer service is fantastic. I wasnt expecting them to clean out my vehicle inside and out and leave a pack of gum. Those kind of things go a long way in my honest opinion. Highly recommend they do really good job and they will take care of you very well!

This is the first time I have taken a vehicle to Dave’s for body work. They were recommended by the mechanic that works on our van. The van was involved in an accident and although it is more than 20 years old it is dependable and we use it routinely. Brian worked with us to repair the van and keep it at a price that made since given the age. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and had it completed on budget a day before it was promised. It is great to have our van back. They did an excellent job repairing my car from a run in with a deer over Thanksgiving. They were professional, courteous, and best of all finished the car ahead of schedule. The car is in better condition than before my accident, and they even took the time to clean the interior. Hopefully I will not need any body work done in the future, but if I do I know Ill use Daves again.

FANTASTIC service- beautiful job. Lexus with specialized metallic fleck paint had damage to passenger doors and hood. Repaired and repainted-14 yr. old vehicle looks like a brand new car! Lyle walked us through each line item on the estimate with friendly patience and advice, answering every question we had prior to work. Estimated 7 days for completion of work but done in 2 days! Professional job, waxed and waiting for us.

They made the whole process so easy. I didnt have to do a thing after I left it with them. Now it looks better then ever! They even cleaned inside the car. The nightmare of the deer hitting my car was so well taken care of I wont even think of going anywhere else if anything were to happen in the future!

I would highly recommend Dave’s to anyone who needs body work done. My vehicle had less than 100 miles on it when I got rear ended. I was worried that it wouldn’t be restored to its brand new condition, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the repair. It looks like it did when I drove it out of the dealership. In addition to the quality, they have a very high standard for customer service. They called frequently with updates and finished the repair fairly quickly. They also work with the car rental agency I used so I could drop my rental off there when I picked my vehicle up.

Awesome! They got me in pretty fast as well as got the work done a day early! Plus they gave me a free shirt and a free pack of gum. Lol I mean it’s not much but honestly it made my day. I loved how nice and fast everyone was to help me.

What auto body establishment have you gone to with water features and landscaping out front and the look of an upscale car dealership inside? They were quick and very helpful. Most importantly, they were honest.

Daves did a great job taking care of me today. I wanted a dent repaired and some touch up work done, but they said it really couldnt be fixed right without replacing parts, etc. I didnt want to put that much money into the car right now, so they did they touch up work as requested. They were right, it doesnt look perfect. But THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work!! To me, that is the sign of a business that values long term customers. They just won my future business permanently.

This place is amazing and I highly recommend it! They told me it would take 3 weeks to repair my car and they had it done in a week and a half, and would have had it done sooner had it not been for a couple parts they were waiting for. On top of that, Lyle took great care of me and called me a total of four times just to give updates on where they were in the process, which was amazing! When I came in to pick it up they were extremely nice and friendly. They cleaned the entire car inside and out, including coffee that had splashed all over the inside of the car due to the accident, and also threw away all of the trash inside the vehicle. They even gave me a free t-shirt and a pack of gum that said Happy Holidays! After a pretty severe accident the car looks and drive like new! The process could not have been any easier. These guys are amazing, thanks to all of you and Lyle!

I went in on a referral from my dealer. My issue was minor and under $200. I am not using insurance. The estimate quotes less than one hour labor but they asked me to leave vehicle for half a day. I asked if a 3:00 appointment was acceptable, it is not apparently. I will go elsewhere with more accomadating appointment times. I left feeling like the work would not produce enough revenue for an adequate amount of customer service.

Daves has top notch body work. They dont beat around the bush theyll tell you if they gotta replace a body pannel and that its gonna be expensive (if its expensive) but ill tell ya their customer service is top notch. Ive gome to them 3 times and if i had another issue with the body of my car i wouldnt take it anywhere else.

This is the best body repair shop in Omaha metro area. They greet you at the door and offer you a beverage. All the people who work at Daves are very friendly and helpful. They fixed my truck to my expectations and called to tell me the progress. The charge was quite reasonable and the customer service was great from start to finish. This will be the place I will return to when I need body repair. Also the inside was the cleanest it has been since I bought the vehicle.

Daves was so incredibly accommodating. They collected money directly from my insurance company, so I only had to pay the deductible. Their loaner was unavailable, so Daves paid for a rental. When my car was returned it was not only completely restored, it was cleaned so thoroughly I felt like I was driving a new car. They made what should have been a stressful experience enjoyable.

I have had Daves work on two trucks over the years and I have always been happy with the work, the employees and all things Daves. I expect thing done correctly the first time and they have always risen to the occasion. Fair prices, excellent service.

I have used Daves before and was mostly pleased. I had an estimate done for to repair damage from someone rear-ending me. The estimator was more into telling what the other persons insurance company would not cover and what Daves would not warranty then telling what needed to be fixed and how they would do it. Extremely frustrating and irritating. Work for me, not the insurance company!

The first time was a car accident. Damages to the passengers rear quarter panel on the right side of the car and other stuff. This time we took the truck in for a lot of hail damage. These guys have their ducks in a row. Unfortunately, this last trip wasnt my first to Daves. But, my experience each time Ive taken a car up there has been great! Theyve fixed my truck, my car, my wifes car, and my car again in the past 4 years. This is the only shop Ill go to as long as Im close to Omaha.
