This company rebuilt our air compressor. The guys did an excellent job, to a point, and I would recommend them. The, to a point item, is that they didnt return as they said they would to encase some control wires. They need to come back an complete this. Also, a oil leak has recently started and they can fix this when they return to encase the control wires.Follow up -- The next day after I wrote the orignal review, the company was out to finish the job. As is well and they did an excellent job.

Personal shout out to their new parts manager and sales guys. Such a different team, class act! Quick to answer my calls and nice to get a straight answer. Their new service techs showed up on time and solved my issues quickly. Ive used OPEC for years, this is hands down the best experience I have had. Way to go, crew! Great pricing for my yearly service contract too on my 50hp variable speed Curtis. Nice work guys.

Its rare these days to find a business thats been around for 30 years. Clearly that says a lot about business ethics. I used to work with Omaha Pneumatics sister company Air Power before they sold Air Power. Ive been ordering and getting service from Omaha Pneumatic for 5 years now and theyve saved me a lot of time and money. Ill keep coming back.

Great service and parts department! The company services 2 my 5HP air compressors. New parts guy is so much better to work with than the guy before! And new Service Tech team is amazing.

Horrible customer service! New manager is rude and gives the run around on when things will be done. Casey pretends to know what takes part in what happens in the business from another state. My advice is take business some where else where a little more organized and business friendly.

OPEC is a great company to work with, they got our new air compressor installed and running in no time. Their quality of work was beyond our expectations.
