I contacted Olympia Computer about improving WIFI coverage and had the pleasure of working with Riley, one of their technicians. Riley arrived right on time and was highly professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained our options clearly and came prepared with equipment to try three different solutions. One option did not work, but the second option was perfect and we now have terrific WIFI service. The prices were very reasonable and it was clear the company and Riley are dedicated to a very high level of customer service. I couldnt be happier with the products we bought and the service we received, and I can recommend Olympia Computers without reservation.

Took job but couldnt do it upon realizing keyboard was rear access riveted. No charge but took a week to tell me so I might seek help elsewhere.But I get it, and they werent the first to take the job and realize it was deceptively complicated. Advise to give make and model number prior to agreement, some simple seeming jobs are brutal.

Amazing service. I walked in with an old outdated computer and undisclosed budget seeking a software/performance update. I very clearly know nothing about computers and was met with understanding and extensive communication. These guys had a legitimate opportunity to pull one over on me and instead they ended up getting me an amazing upgrade without having to pay the Microsoft license fee. I called the phone number about 5 or so minutes before the company was even open and they still answered. I inquired about a repair for my Lenovo laptop. This is the part that impressed me the most. They recommended one of their competitors for my unique situation and system since this competitor was more likely to have the parts on hand and have a faster turnaround, which clearly showed their honesty and integrity, which is the #1 attribute that any quality repair service can portray. I ended up biting the bullet and just using Lenovos out of state customer service in hopes that I could get this job done for free from my warranty, but despite that, Ive been given a glimpse at what seems to be a healthy computer repair industry in Olympia/Lacey, and Continental Computer Services is at the very least a leader among that community. Thank you for helping me and answering the phone so early in the morning. You will be the first company I recommend for local repairs.

The technician simulated the situation when power comes down. Michael was willing to open Zoom and test over one hour. Diagnosis was clean and simple:replace battery. Offered me to come back for battery installation at no extra fee.All this done on a Sunday morning in person. Superconvenient.
