Our tax advisor Kelly Lent has done our taxes for several decades now and we have never had a problem. She is courteous and professional all the time. We will continue to use those services into the foreseeable future.

Not only were they unprofessional, the person being helped across from me was rude and ignorant. The lady helping him was just as bad. This is def my last time going there! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there either. You can keep that $25 coupon BS.

The tax professional was very very helpful for our situation.

The only reason I gave a low score is I come to H&R Block because they offer the refund advance. There have been times where I have done my own taxes online for free but as you know you dont get a refund advance when you do it that way. With that being said the past couple years I have spent the extra money and have been coming back to you. Well this year I came the same day I received my W2s excited to get the refund advance as I did last year. Unfortunately the lady that did my taxes didnt do the application so I could get the refund advance and I didnt realize this till I had left and pondered why she didnt mention the refund advance. So I called and spoke with the manager and he was working on the problem. It has been a couple days and the problem has not been resolved and the manager hasnt been in of course. The more I think about this the more upset I get.

I really liked the agent that filed my taxes for me but the price to file is insane. I could of filed online for free, or through another tax professional for alot cheaper that i did here.Might end up going somewhere else next year.
