I brought my 81 year old aunt in for a much needed haircut. Lacy was very patient and followed my aunt’s description of how she wanted her hair cut. She was thrilled with her haircut! Biggest smile that I have in a while!

Sched my apt on line. Able to select which stylist. Apt was on time. Styling station thoroughly cleaned between customers. I tried new (to me) stylist and she listened well to style I wanted. Asked question for confirmation and assurance. I was satisfied with my cut.

I booked an appointment at 11:00 AM for 4:45 PM, I walked into the facility at 4:40 PM, was welcomed and asked if I needed help, I informed the stylist that I had an appointment for 4:45 PM and she stated that they were a little behind, I asked how long and was informed that there were 3 people ahead of me, I told them to cancel my appointment. I will never return to this location, if you can not keep appointments then you do not deserve my business, Ive worked in the industry and this is certainly not how you conduct business. I understand getting behind but someone should have called me to communicate that my appointment needed to be pushed back.

My husband and I love going here. Always friendly, professional. Very good atmosphere and attitudes from the entire staff. We love you guys. Yall are like extend family.

My first visit to this salon. Just moved back to NY state. I needed a haircut, and saw this salon. Walked, greeted by the stuff, and Lacy was my stylist. I could not be happier with the service she provided & the end result. It was PERFECT, exactly how I wanted it. Needless to say I will be going back to see Lacy.

I highly recommend Lacy. I have been going to Buffalo for my haircuts and color at one of Buffalos top Salons and I will tell you Lacy knocked my haircut out of the park.I will never go back to my old salon. I am pretty picky with my haircut as I get a short style that alot of people cant seem to get it right. Well she did, I have gotten so many complaints about how great my haircut looks. I let supercuts with Lacy making me feel like a million bucks!

We were able to walk in and get my Down Syndrome sons hair buzzed quickly. She used good clippers that cut well and did a good job cleaning up his hairy neck and uneven sideburns. She was friendly, professional and fast. She gave the cut that I requested. We will go back again.

First time going in for a hair cut in 5 years since usually i walk out very dissapointed. Went in with extremely long hair and asked for a pixie cut with an undercut, showed a picture to Kerri of what i wanted and she did it exactly as shown in the picture even though it took some work since my hair is so thick. 100% Recommend Kerri at the Olean Supercuts.

Ive never been here when theyve had enough hairdressers working; theres usually only one hairdresser during the week. I always check in before I get here, yet I always have a wait. Also, I can be the ONLY one there, yet I have to wait. The hairdresser is either sweeping the entire floor or folding towels in the back or putting supplies away and they HAVE TO FINISH before they can get to my hair. When they finally start my hair, theyre not very friendly and, even though I always bring pictures with me, they always tell me they cant do that style exactly, that day. I have started going to Fantastic Sams. They have plenty of hairdressers, theyre friendly and they always cut my hair the way I want it.

We visit supercuts a few times per month for family cuts and they are great. The manager heidi has been cutting my hair for years now and everyone who works there are very friendly and always take care of you. I try to go only here for cuts because they are so wonderful

Hair stylists are generally very nice. One or two are often grumpy.

Not sure why i come here. Nice people, but always a long wait. They make you wait while the workers stand around talking. Makes no sense.

The hair salon is very nice inside and is not very expensive, the owner has been in business for years. They are very friendly and they keep you occupied

I had a girl just yesterday cut my hair, she was Harsh and rude through out and blatantly ignored how i asked for my hair to be done, she cut it the way she wanted it and didnt even do an even cut. I look like a five year old came at me with a pair of hair cutters.
