8/19/21 There was a price discrepancy on an item i was purchasing. The female clerk and male, store manager or supervisor, were so kind, apologetic and helped resolve the issue. They absolutely made my day!!!! Great customer service.

My first impression when I walked in was that of a 1980s film where youd walk in and find a Chinese man ready to sell you a mogwai. But on further examination after walking the aisles I began to feel at peace, homely almost as if I had been invited back to a corner shop in my old hometown where somebody I knew was going to be behind the counter ready to ring me up, strike up a conversation about old times or get me all caught up on Alicias latest gossip. I felt like they took very good care of me answered my questions and staff was very grateful for my business. Dollar general I appreciate you

I love this store! I have made this store my daily routine stop! The manager is really nice and the crew knows me as a regular at this point. They sometimes have my items ready for me when they see me pulling up!

Filthy. This store is so dirty I feel like I need a tetanus vaccine to go in there.

Had plenty of merchandise, but the conditions of the place were very filthy and it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Most shoppers want to feel like they are safe, clean, and well cared for, but in this case, I felt like I had just come in from the farm or factory after a long days shift because the floor was gross and I wanted to use the restroom, but after seeing this there is no way I would have used their bathroom. Corporate needs to come in and assess the situation and make changes as needed, even if that means hiring an outside company to come in at nights to sterilize and clean the place. I dont feel like I want to ever go back, so maybe down the road sometime, i will take a peek in the store to see if any changes were made. Good luck to Dollar General

Great place for quick stops when you need household items in a hurry. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This DG is always packed with merchandise in aisles waiting to be put out and we cant get to the shelves. Very messy and chaotic.

They always have stocking carts in their already small aisles, making it hard to get around the store and even to find stuff, they like to run a skeleton crew so when you are ready to checkout you have to use a squeaky toy to get someone to cash you out. I dont see how they dont get fined on a regular basis for not being wheelchair accessible.

Best place to buy certain items if you know what they sale for elsewhere. The shopping experience is not especially delightful. Store very crowded but cashier was very nice.

I came to this store because of some coupons I got in the mail, but encountered a couple problems. First, the prices did not match what I had seen in the ad so I didnt want to buy those things anymore. When I was going to leave, I asked for the bathroom key and the cashier told me no and walked away. I will not be shopping at this store again.

This store is larger than i was expecting it to be. It offers a lot of different things and a big selection of food items that most stores dont have. Only issue i had was I went in to get some bedding items but they didnt have much in the size I was needing and didnt want to go to walmart and pay a bigger price.

This dollar General sucks. There are always unopened boxes stacked up sky high. Then I had to wait at the check out counter for someone to check me out. I used the squeaky toy they had to get the attion of the clerk. Waited another 9 min until someone came to the counter. Just left my stuff and walked out.

I like this Dollar general because its convenient its close to where I live but I wish they would expand the aisles are smaller and it does make it hard to get around in the store and sometimes fine things I wish they would expand.

I have bought everything from personal care items to dog food to clothes here and have always been pleased with my products. They carry name brand items as well as Dollar General brand items. Usually not a long wait and the staff is very friendly.

I don’t know how any of you can say friendly service. This is the worst store I have ever been in. The employees take their time to the point every time I go in it’s lines to the back. And then it’s always two or 3 employees there and they don’t even try to help the lines. It’s always junky in there. They need to get rid of there whole staff and start over cause it’s bad for business

I’ve have come to this store in Olathe, KS. 3 times in the last week to the same carts blocking the Christmas isles just be told they’re to busy to unpack the merchandise. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe this store is still in business.

This is the worst TH Ive ever visited. It is very dirty, unorganized and the customer service is terrible. Most recently I went in to purchase batteries. When I approached the register a vey heavy make employee was lying on the floor beneath the register playing in his phone. It took him a bit to even notice us. I cant stress enough what a horribly unprofessional atmosphere this is.

Such a tiny store . So disorganized. Restock time should not be durring open hours if it will block every purchasable item. I almost walked out with out what I came for because of it. The only reason I payed for anything is because I was in a time crunch just to get it home and it fall apart. Way to rip people off of their time money and patience.

Got what we needed. Store is over stocked with stuff everywhere. Had to squeeze through some isles. My kids used the bathroom (had to request the key), said there is a lot of stuff in there also and they smelled bad.

This evening, the heavyset male employee who was running the register with no name tag, had a horrible anger issue. I asked a price on 2 items which were not marked. He huffed and was clearly no in a good mood. He tried to use the yellow and black handheld device (appears to be a phone) and then slams it on the other checkout lane really hard to try and make it work, and then threw it (far from a toss mind you) aggressively between the registers! This location has been the DG store of my choice for almost 6 years and today has killed that for me! The last few months its gone downhill, but not enough for me to say no more until today. THIS IS NOT OKAY! I ended up putting everything in my cart back (at least 20 items) where I got it, because Im nice enough to do that.

Fairly dirty, unstocked, boxes everywhere, nail polish had gone bad on the shelves.

Mess in the isles, stuff on the floor, feels dirty and unorganized. Quit going because of this.

I love my hometown DG in Wellsville but this one not so much! Cluttered to the max the associates where not nice and the bathroom was disgusting!

The coolers smell like rotten milk, the store is always a mess. They never can seem to get their merchandise on the shelf, theres always carts packed with boxes lined up & down the isles. Its not only unsafe, you cant get to the things you need to.

Very cramped, product sitting in pallets on the floor. Dirty, shelves not organized.

Its the largest Dollar General Ive ever been within and that allows more stock. Ive never been disappointed to find something not in stock at this DG. Itll happen eventually but nothing yet. Thats why I occasionally pass my local DG in Gardner to shop here. Its not all roses tho...it has the worst parking lot that I can think of...Ever. I hope you have good shocks. Just take it slow...seriously. (Ill check for typos and grammar when I have more time)

This place is so unorganized. Half the time you have to move all the delivery stock crates to find anything. Been this way for years and have never been able to figure out this issue. Not convenient for shoppers by any means

Ted was very rude to me didnt even greet me when I walked in followed me around as if I was a thief didnt ask if I needed help and I always come here almost EVERYDAY but that does not matter to TED watch out for this guy but for some reason was very nice to my WIFE almost to nice but cant shed a smile for me ha you guys need a new manager this guy is a JOKE !

Friendly staff but the store is so cluttered with roll tainers you cant even walk down most isles. Out of all the dollar generals Ive been to this one needs the most help.

Overwhelming with lots of stuff in a small space....but cheap and nice staff.

They have some juice and hair bands.... Also brushes and batteries..... But batteries are more expensive than Amazon.
