This is best gym I’ve ever been too. The equipment is high-quality, clean, and organized. Everyone that works here is very friendly. Locker rooms are always clean. The manager, Thomas, is great at interacting with members and is passionate about his job. Also he’s very cute, but that’s beside the point. I highly recommend this Genesis location!

Wish they would reopen this gym to its original 24hrs. Libertys location has now done so. Now Independence and Ward locations have gone to 24hrs with expanded weekend hrs. Why will this location not at least expand its weekend hours? Our rates didnt go down when we lost the 24hr access we were paying for.

Fraudulent business practices! Injured my back at work and asked for a freeze on my account two times and they wouldnt do it! They also lie about the early termination fee which was Much higher than I was qouted!

You will need to bring your own towels since the place doesnt provide any towels for members to use. You will also need to bring your own lock if you want to lock your stuff in a locker.

Frustrating when the gym does not open on time!!!! This seems to be a pattern that continues to happen There are other options for gyms!!

Go in for any kind of service and have to give them your email via forms. Everytime I give my email I write in parentheses please do not add me to your email list... Not 2 days later Ive got 5 emails from this place promoting everything under the sun. Its a joke.

Ive been going here at this location for at least 5 years and is a great place to get a good workout and finish up in their saunas.Found out today that Lou at the front check-in had been promoted. Great for Genesis. Hes always very positive when you get there early! Congrats Lou!

Billing is horrible. They will double charge your account. There is no flexibility with arrangments. Ive literally talked to the reps asking for a week to make mu payment and they say ueah i got it put in the system only to get double charged and overdrafted after making an arrangment to come in and pay the cash in person. Its the most expensive gym around. The facilities are great but im glad i dont have to deal eith that 50 dollar headache anymore i would reccomend any other gym.

Been going to this gym for couple years now. Its been good. With Covid being a thing, really appreciate how many disinfectant spray bottles are around the gym. And with the recent addition of Lou Rice at the front desk in the mornings has been great. Being greeted with his enthusiasm is great especially for morning workouts!

There has recently been a visible effort to keep the place cleaner. Some equipment is still worn and in need of repair or replacement. The parking lot is never cleared of snow or ice, so prepare to trudge through a mess to get to the front door in winter. Someone asked the manager why the lot is never cleared and he replied “That’s corporate’s problem”.There you go.

To be fair nice gym, but impossible to cancel the membership! Be careful about the fine print of the contract! They didnt let me cancel over the phone while I was out of States, and now still charging me to the end of year while I have paid them for a year without using the gym at all!

I started going to this Genesis not to long ago. I kept going here because of the main man Lou Rice. Such a good motivator and fun guy to run into at the front desk in the early am. He’s always fully motivated and has a great personality. Go here, meet Lou, say hi, get a good workout in. Go Chiefs

I’ve been a member of this Health club for over 15 years. To be completely honest it’s had its ups and downs over the years. I don’t remember the exact time frame but they hired a new employee by the name of Lou, who works the front desk area. He’s there almost every morning that I go and has a professional attitude and is just a pleasure to talk to from the time I get there to the time I leave. Keep on keeping on Lou!!

I have been coming here for years. There have been ups and downs but with the reopening I have been beyond happy with the professional and motivating environment. The morning gentleman Lou knows my name, notices when I miss and keeps everything clean and well stalked. It’s been a breath of fresh air to have a nice greeting every morning

Good gym. Sadly currently not 24/7 like it used to be, but Ill survive. Lou on the front desk is always nice to everyone coming in.Gym is always clean, at least early in the mornings and rarely ever too busy to get your workout in.

Each morning I am there when the gym opens. I am greeted by Lou Rice, he is a rock star! Always courteous and encouraging as he wishes me a good workout. Very helpful and always taking care of the place!

For real... if you are lonely and need someone to talk to you, schedule a consultation here. Someone will call you 2-3 times a day for weeks. Want to be put on the do-not-call list? Too bad... they’ll still call you. I literally had to BLOCK them for them to stop bothering me. It may be a good gym but these people are ridiculous

Lou at the front is always welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel good about coming in for a workout! Excellent staff and excellent gym. Very clean and nice equipment!!

I go to this gym almost every morning about 5 am. Lou is the best. He is very helpful when I need something and he has an upbeat personality that helps me start my day with a smile.

Been coming to this location for a few years now, and I have to say the customer service has significantly improved over time especially with the addition of Lou at the front desk. 3 years coming at the same time and he is the first one to remember my name and small details to ask about every morning. Makes a big difference in the overall gym experience.

I signed up right before Covid hit and the gyms shut down, and shortly after that I moved out of state due to a family emergency. Before I left, I called and discussed the need to cancel the contract, then met in person to tell them more about my emergency and request. I was told theyd get back to me when I called, and when I met in person, too. Later when trying to rebuild my life they begin charging me again. Ive called and nobody returns my calls ever. Im still being charged. Unfortunately the emergency has compounded when evacuating Gulf Coast plus other ongoing family emergency. Obviously the money is more important than a persons well being to this company - ???

Would give it a 0 stars if possible. I have never had a Genesis membership, yet they continue to insist that even though my fiance cancelled in 2019 under the athletic club that they cannot take our word for it and cancel the charges from the past several months. When I asked who I could speak to about this, I was told the only person that could help me aside from the local manager I was speaking with, was Rodney , the owner of Genesis health clubs. I was told that there was no way I could speak to Rodney.NEVER HAD A GENESIS MEMBERSHIP, NOR WILL I EVER, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ELSE. FROM ONE BUSINESS OWNER TO ANOTHER, THIS IS SHADY PRACTICES.

Nice and clean gym, with a variety of equipment I need to accomplish my workout goals. Staff is very friendly and always approachable. They have addressed issues brought to their attention in a timely manner.Other gym clients are friendly. Although the gym is not supposed to be a social party place, having a chat with others and exchanging fitness ideas, is refreshing.

Ive been coming here since it opened. Love this gym and the classes. It doesnt have the amenities of some clubs but a pool, courts and smoothie bar dont matter to me. The variety of fitness classes is goodand the instructors are great. Take any class from Allison B, Katie D, Sarah H, Rachel S or Andrea B - they are all great! Friendly staff...just a great overall fitness club if youre into working out without the fancy extras.

I was having issues with my account and spoke to manager Erik and he told me he would help me out. Went in to pay today and Erik was told he couldnt help me like he said he was going to do. Apparently Managers cant help club members. They dont tell you something is wrong with auto pay they just keep charging on late fees without you knowing. I will no longer do business here.

I spoke with the new manager at this club, Micheal Edwards. I originally called because my member ship originally with “prairie life” had expired months ago but I was still getting billed. He asked me why I was canceling, to which I responded because of COVID and my healthy and safety. He immediately told me that COVID does not effect me, because of my age. And continued to give me FALSE health information regarding COVID. I understand trying to keep clients, but blatantly lying about health facts is over the line! You are not a healthcare professional! And if this is the type of employee Genesis wants to employ, and how they are treating clients during a global pandemic. NOT FOR ME!

Been going to this gym for around 5 years. Never had a problem or complain, costumer service was ok until now that Lou Rice Is at the front desk, always have a smile on, he makes sure you are motivated for the day, you walk in and out and he is there, ready to greet you.

Ive been a regular here for over 10 years and have seen a lot of people working the front desk, but none as great as Lou. Getting to the gym early isnt always fun, but its always better when Lou is there to greet me. 👍👍

This gym is very functional and not too busy but I’m giving it one star based on its cleanliness. We went five times and never saw anyone cleaning anything. No towels to wipe down equipment - look closer, the machines are covered in sweat and the bathroom floors are covered in water spots. The morning we went, someone had gotten sick in the locker room but the night shift person just put a towel over the mess and waited for the next shift person to come clean it up. Come on you guys - you can do better!

Friendly staff, tons of equipment, plenty of classes that are free with the membership, sauna and hot tub is a nice bonus and before Covid-19 pandemic they are open 7 days a week 24/7 great gym where everyone is welcome 🤙

Overall the club is great. However, I have seen a couple of glaring items that cause concern.First the showers in the mens locker room are in bad shape. Several of the shower stalls dont even work or need repaired and for the ones that do, the shampoo and soap containers are often empty. The club is starting to look rundown and not up to the standards of a club you spend on a decent membership. Many of the lockers are falling off the hinges or dont shut properly. The towel supply is often very low in both the workout areas and the mens locker room.If this trend continues, we may have to find a better club for the money we spend.Please take pride in this facility. It is a great place in a great location but it is starting to fall below the standards of a top-notch facilty.Also, why not leave the pool open through the month of September? There have been many hot days that Im sure it would have been put to good use.Keep high standards or I am afraid you will lose many members.

Great atmosphere and amazing trainers! Cody and Evy have helped with my training! I booked several sessions with Evy and I saw unbelievable results! I highly recommend her! I also take my 2 girls to their daycare and they have a great time working out too. 😊

Bought out this gym years ago and they still use the same raggedy equipment with no improvement. Employees will always try to misinform you get more money.

The customer service over the phone and in person has been good during the transition despite the price increase. The upgrades to some of the equipment has been nice. There has been a Serious downturn in professionalism in general and specifically at the kids club. 24hr Fitness had professional child care providers, who wore uniforms, got to know parents and kids, had a computerized check in system to maintain security and safe ratios. Genesis has gotten rid of All of that. No system to know what kid belongs to which parent, no ratio control, no uniforms, and no interaction with parents, But that didnt stop them from charging a higher price.

This location is filthy, poor billing practices, rude staff, stay away.

The staff are very kind and sweet and keep me motivated. I love the equipment and everything is kept in good condition.

I had issues with my account, the manager was on it and is allowing me to make more payments until my account is up to date. Excellent staff. Well informed about medical issues to develop a workout around my handicap special needs. Generally only find that level of understanding @ rehab.Its very important to continue a workout schedule outside of rehab. The staff help me along my journey.Thanks Cody

Stay away. Signing up is easy. $50/month, right? If you want out of the contract its $150. Seems harmless enough, right? Except when you decide you do want to cancel and they tell you its $275 instead. Oh and once a year they charge you an additional $35 for equipment maintenance or something. WHAT AM I PAYING $50/MONTH FOR THEN?! NONE of this was told to us during sign up, but they definitely make sure its in the contract which makes it impossible for you to argue. Which makes this place shady in my book. It seemed easy and convenient. Now Im realizing it was too easy and I am regretting it every month. They also said a personal trainer was going to be in contact with us to set up a complimentary fitness assessment session. That was a year ago and Im still waiting on that call.I finally went and spoke with the manager at the Independence location last month about all of this and told him how misleading everything was, how we kind of felt duped, and asked what could be done. I just want out of the contract. He said he would have to run it up the ladder. Gave me his card, I gave him mine, he said he would call me the next day.... Yeah, that was a month ago, and not that Im surprised, but I havent heard from him.Terrible business. I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere or buy some gym equipment for your home instead of giving this business $50/month. Ive bought a lot of useless things in my life, but this is my most regrettable purchase. I should have just bought a treadmill and some weights. Live and learn, I guess.

As older people coming late to the idea of a health club, my husband and I were a little (more than a little!) tentative about what it might be like. Howe, we knew it was time to address my husbands mobility issues--and. I I knew I needed help, too. Nervously I reached out to Genesis online, and was told Id be contacted soon by someone at the Olathe location. Almost immediately I heard from the club manager, Brandon Major, who was warm and encouraging. I thought wed mostly just be using the pool - - the only form of exercise I actually like. But our membership also included training sessions with one of their top training staff. We met with Chris Branham, a wonderful dedicated professional who helped identify the issues we both had and, in the case of my husband who has been dealing with long-term injury, Chris brought in another impressive specialist, David Owens, whose expertise was apparent. The bottom line is that were feeling we have found just what we need, and we look forward to going to Genesis every day!

Nice big open Gym with plenty variety. Staff is friendly and fit; helps with motivation. Not a bad price for what it is. Definitely recommend if you want to get in better shape and live a better life style.

No thought in the showers for hanging towels outside the shower. You have to leave the shower to get to a hook then go back in to dry if in privacy.

The personal trainers are the reason I chose this health club over others. Im trying to get better for a new job opportunity in which I need to be in better shape. They helped develop a plan to attain the goals I need to meet. They go over nutrition with me. I feel like they take a balanced approach and care about their patrons.

I called this location and asked if I could come and get a guest pass for my girlfriend and I to give it a shot for a couple of days and they had told me that it would be no problem and welcomes us in, but come to find out after a 20 minute sales pitch, that we were not welcomed to try it out because I had previously been a member about 1.5 years earlier, when it was 24 hour fitness. The gym was dirty, humid, poor air circulation, smelled absolutely disgusting and the manager just wasted my time. I was offended by his comment of, we cant offer you a guest pass because you have been here before as a member of 24 hour because you know what were about. I should say, it was my girlfriends first time. I have owned a gym previously, this is definitely NOT the way to do business.

Find another gym. This place is small, mediocre, and ridiculously over-priced.Im a college student with a part-time job. Ill admit Im pretty ignorant on things so I dont really ask questions or truly review what Im in for.I was suckered in by a 6 months free promotion they had in February. The gringo talks to me all nice and stuff and tells me about all the wonders of the gym.What I didnt know was that I was signing up for a 30 month contract that is $50 dollars. Its actually 73 dollars a month for 24 months then 6 months free. But I decided to spread out the payment.Dont let the talks of free Personal training and walking with you all the way through your training and making sure youre getting the right diet pull you in.They literally took some notes on me while they asked their questions about me. Do you have depression? How overweight are you? Whats your goal? Have a girlfriend?BTW. The guy never tells you it actually is 5 sessions free then it is $150+ A MONTH ON TOP OF WHATEVER YOURE PAYING FOR NOW AT THE GYM FOR PERSONAL TRAINING.Its all in the (10+ page long) contract.So that whole well be walking with you every step of the way line theyll try to use on you is pure bullshit.Dont believe them for a second and dont end up like me bound in a 2 year contract at an At-Best mediocre gym.Join a Gold Gym, or the Olathe Community Center.Also, anyone want to trade me my contract? Ill pay the $50 fee. Please?

No towels? The inconsistencies in the KC Genesis locations makes for some surprises. At this location the shared sauna and steam room seems pretty odd for a membership that costs the same as an upscale gym like Lifetime. ...but really... no towels?

Genesis recently bought out all of the 24 Hour Fitness and Golds Gyms in the area. I went to this particular location but was not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility or the accessibility of the equipment. If youre just looking for a basic gym this may be the place for you. But at their current price point there are other gyms in the area that will give you more bang for your buck. To their defense though, they do have premium locations in their portfolio. This one just wasnt one of them. Overall the staff is awesome, but not a place I would work out at long term.

Frustrating when multiple guys super set together and take up squat racks for 2 hours.. only one old school squat rack. Way too busy to even functionally go during convenient hours. Wish we had seen this before signing up for a two year contract

Good location, very close to my house. I signed up with a personal trainer, Daisy, I. september and have seen amazing results since September. Pros? Great staff. Cons? When I first became a member was intimidated by the equipment and hardcore workout crowd, but with help I am working out along side them and enjoying it.

I just re-joined this gym after moving away for college and returning to the area - and I still love it. All the right equipment and open 24 hours so I can go anytime I want. Dont be a dumbbell, go to Genesis. Youll be pumped. Dont weight, just do it.

I was a member here for 6 months. Not a bad gym at all. I never experienced any waits for equipment except for the leg press and pec deck.The locker room is entirely way too small though. There is not enough surface area to change without bumping into the guy next to you. There also seem to be plenty of open lockers at fist glance, but youll find that most of them have cleaning supplies or stuff that people have thrown in them. The showers also offer very little privacy, and there is no towel service which makes showering at this gym very inconvenient.It does have a nice big hot tub, but when you use it you instantly become the center of attention for everyone in the club. Its not private at all and everyone stares at you as they walk past. Needless to say I only used this amenity once. That was enough.Overall, if you are just looking for a place to lift weights or run on a treadmill, this place is great. However, if you use the other amenities you may be disappointed. There are definitely better gyms in close proximity for the same price with better services.Edit: gym is under new management. My review may not be valid.

Genesis took over golds gym and 24 hour fitness in Olathe. They closed down the golds gym location putting about 100 more people in the same location as a 24 hour fitness. Now this location is extremely overpopulated. Even with all of the new people coming to this location and all the extra revenue they are bringing in they have yet to clean anything or replace anything. Equipment is extremely old and disgusting. My hands are black every time I leave the gym. Their pulley systems are always broken and out of order. The front door has had a broken door closer for about six months and it leaked hydraulic fluid all over the door and floor and has yet to been cleaned up. They used to offer free childcare when they took over the golds gym in 24 hour fitness and now they charge you $10 a month for child care add on to your monthly fee. I am very unhappy with this company and its location. I have made these things known to the person at the front desk and it seems that as far as the messages have gone as nothing has been done.

Lately I have been taking morning classes at this facility. Andrea and Sara have been the instructors. They are super! Andrea motivates me to WANT to come again and again. She is a positive and encouraging throughout the entire class...even at the very end when I am about to give up. Sara gives me energy just by the way she carries herself and how she gives the instruction. I look forward to these morning classes just to get my day off to a good start.

Genesis is not going to be happy with my review. However, if you want the truth, my observations, and opinions, youve got it.1) The gym operates the same as 24 Hour Fitness so as an end user, I dont see any difference.2) I have seen the same problem with cleanliness, have written corporate (just like I did back when it was 24 Hour Fitness) regarding the lack of cleanliness, and received no reply regarding my observations/concerns (just like 24 Hour Fitness).The cleanliness Im referring to is the guys in the bathroom area. While changing clothes, going to the bathroom, shaving/etc., I see guys after using the restroom (urinals and/or toilets) walk straight out onto the weight room without washing their hands. This includes employees. Its gross, its germ spreading, and dare I say disease spreading. Again, I have written corporate asking them to post signs throughout the bathrooms asking members to please help keep diseases and cleanliness by washing their hands before returning to the floor. And, demanding employees to wash their hands before returning to the weight room. I have yet to receive any responses or see any signage in the restroom area.3) About three weeks ago, after watching an employee come out of the toilet area and walk straight out to the weight floor, I went to the front desk and ask the young lady to speak to a manager. She informed me that both managers were on the premise but asked me why I wanted to talk to them. I told I just needed to talk to either of the managers please. She, again, asked me what it was regarding. S I again told her that I just needed to talk to either manager. She in lines, let me know she wasnt going to get a manager until I told her what it was I wanted to talk them about. Really? Im a 53 year old man being screened by a 20+ year old girl like a telemarketer? Really? I finally said, Fine. I guess members are allowed to speak to management here and walked out. Thats when I contacted corporate. Again, no response.So, in conclusion I dont see any changes as an end user , corporate doesnt respond to concerns, guys still do #1 and #2 in the bathroom returning to the floor without washing their hands, and apparently, management is off limits-they have a screener at the front desk to keep you from talking to them.Thats all.

Great customer service up front

Genesis has everything you could ask for. Free classes, pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, and 24 hour access! The personal trainers are awesome here, especially Daisy -Have to ask for her!! 🙂 The personal training is like no other compared to what Ive had from other gyms. Ive been to more expensive gyms and did not receive the customised attention needed to meet my individual goals as I do at Genesis and so everyone is so motivating! This gym is affordable and takes care of all your needs.

Theyve waited months since after the buyout to say I have an outstanding bill even though Ive canceled previously with 24 hours fitness. They call me from different area codes to try to collect a debt I can not believe in. I go into the local gym to try and discuss it and they tell me they have no idea what someone could be calling me about....that there isnt a debt to collect. At the same time this new gym I didnt sign up with tells me I cant cancel whatever membership they say I have with them over the phone..... Im now getting emails to try and collect a debt and when I call back to talk to corporate the managers voice-mail is full and you can not leave a message. I call the gym the email originated from in a location in Missouri and i felt like i called someones home that answered by a teenager with zero customer service.......to me this company is going to fail......based off of just the only interaction Ive had with them that was recent since theyve taken over several months back.

I have only attended this club a couple of times with a friend, but it is clean, and has a great workout class that is packed. Good location and lots of parking.

I like that everyone is incredibly friendly and the trainers are super helpful if you have a question! Classes are included in the membership fee and literally every location I have visited has been consistent and wonderful.

Genesis is about quantity - NOT quality. The staff is GREAT, but they overcharge for what they have to offer. No towels, no one puts weights away or cleans the machines; everything is super old (except the stair climbers). I like the open floor plan of this one - at least it doesn’t resemble a dungeon like the 119th and Metcalf location.

Corporate Golds so they are working on making things better. Was an Aspen, wasnt bad then - but better now. Very reasonable price and close to a lot of stuff. Cool staff.

This gym has the best classes. I’ve been in the best shape of my life thanks to the combination of cardio and strength classes! I love the cycle instructors too and the recent improvements in the spin room are awesome!

Decent ammenities, but needs attention to equipment condition and locker room cleanliness. Steam room and showers have what looks like black mold on walls and behind shampoo. I always feel like i need a shower after taking a shower. Its a shame because its a beautiful facility.

The club staff as a whole were very kind. There was a young man at the registration desk let you know that he knew more than you did.The sauna and steam rooms were great. The whirlpool is dirty and sandy. There has been gum on the floor in the mens dressing room every week since I have been back.

First I want to say Ive tried talking to management about the issues Im having. Back in November I spoke to the manager about my wife not receiving her last paid training session. At first they told her she had received it, then I spoke to them and was told by the manager he wasnt in charge of training and that he would have someone contact my wife. Someone did and told her they were sorry about the mix up and he would schedule her last session and he would contact her the day, three months later nothing. I sent an email to the corporate office about this and other issues steam room not working 2 months now, no soap in the showers, and now no shower curtains . They never responded!

Had some issues with my contact during the covid situation. Got a couple of over due payments and had to deal with some other stuff that was not so fun, but kept the membership and they worked with me to help as much as they could. This gym is great, they seem to have a new staff that are very friendly. They keep it clean and I couldnt feel more comfortable.

Its okay always like going there.

This gym is in really poor antigenic conditions. they never clean the facility. The machines look horrible, bathrooms and showers are nasty. they clean the steamy sauna once in a while and it smells horrible. Right now is closed for 2 days. When I open the door it was full of mold. They have a lot to work on. The fees are price and they dont do much to make you feel good in there. Im very disappointed with this gym.

Came from Genesis in Manhattan to this Genesis, definitely a downgrade. Everything felt jam packed in a tiny space. Staff was not the friendliest. I just cancelled my membership due to relocation and was charged for the next month. Apparently when you cancel your membership, youre only giving your one month notice, like a lease or something which makes no sense when youre not in a contract. I wasnt told this when I filled out my paperwork either. Fun morning to see that chunk of change taken out of my checking account!

Extremely impressed with my trainer Daisy. The other staff has been helpful with a lot of questions Ive had. I would/do recommend this gym.

Clean machine are old but in good shape. Place has cardio machines, free weights, and weight machines. Hot tub and sauna. Id give it more stars if it had a gym or Id love a lap pool.

As gyms go I rate this 24 Hour fitness Location (Genesis Health Club as of June 15th, 2016 see photo) I rate it slightly below average. As I cannot give 2.5 stars Ive rated it a two for the following reasons.1. Checking into the club has always been a problem. When it was a 24 hour fitness it was necessary to use a fingerprint scanner. I cannot think of a better way to transmit disease (like the flu) than to have every patron touch the same physical scanning device. Now that it has been bought (see photo) by Genesis a great many people are not in the system that is used, like myself. The photo with the line of people is not because the gym suddenly became real popular rather it is because the new check-in process doesnt work. Genesis is using a bar code to scan people in (I applaud less disease transmission).2. The general workout area is packed tight and I mean tight (see photo).3. There is a hot tub and sauna area.4. There are locker rooms and shower facilities.5. A lot of the aerobic equipment is broken. It is just left in place as though it works when in fact it is a boat anchor.6. In the summer months like now (June 22, 2016), the club is poorly air conditioned. Although I suppose your there to sweat and believe me you will.Please see the photographs I have taken to support this review.

You get what you pay for. My husband and I pay a very good price for our membership and child care. Giving them 3 stars is being generous. There is constant staff turnover and overall the facility isnt well kept, machines tend to stay broken for an extended period of time and it lacks in cleaning.

Don’t get membership with them very bad experience

I enjoy the group classes. I appreciate the variety. I really like Group Centergy lately- it is like Yoga/Pilates with high intensity. Ultimate conditioning and kickboxing are also great. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Best gym in town, and if you need a trainer, ask for Jacob Fletcher!

Been here a year and a half. Love the set up. The take over from 24 hour to Genesis has failed its employees and customers. I have lost a trainer to another location and then the poor trainer quit his job in 3 or 4 weeks at the new location. Stormy was solid and a great trainer. In a matter of a few weeks we have lost Tia, she quit..the manager of our location. All the preexisting trainers and staff have quit. I was passed to another trainer that quit. You all need to get it together.

Been going to this gym since 2009. This gym has always been clean and easy to workout in. I realize that working out at 2 a.m. is the best for me. Staff seem to be friendly and helpful.

Since the sale of 24 Hour Fitness (June 2016) to Genesis Health Club the gym is entirely too packed. I am used to lifting 4-5 times a week, and I am actively seeking other options. Genesis closed down the nearby 119th ST (acquired Golds Gym) location and have effectively pushed two gyms worth of people into one. Plus any 24 hour members lost their nationwide 24 hour membership.I am pursuing other options after years of being a 24 hour member.Update: December 2016More equipment continues to be out of order and the sauna and showers have mold.
