These guys were pretty awesome. My father was in town visiting and had his laptop hard drive fail on him. He needed to get payroll out for his business back in New Jersey, so losing his laptop was a small crisis. I called and Nick said they could get it looked at and turn it around same day, as long as the data was recoverable.Sure enough, I got a call from Nick about 4 hours after I dropped off the drive letting me know they got most of the data and to come by with some storage to get it copied over. The price was super reasonable and it prevented our crisis. To top it all off, this kind of thing isnt even the main focus of their business just a small job they had the ability to complete to prevent a crisis.I work in IT myself and and got to talking with Nick while we were waiting for data to transfer. He was certainly knowledgeable about a lot of different technologies I use at my job. Based on our conversation, it sounds like they are certainly current on what they recommend to customers and different technologies that they assist with. I would definitely feel confident working on a project with them in the future.The pricing that they gave me for the drive required was fantastic for a small job like this. I am not sure if the hourly rate would change for a more complicated project, but I got the impression they would offer very competitive rates.

If you are down, you are losing money no matter your company size and I can say from experience small and large are treated equally. Each tech has a world of experience and background + very specific sub-specialties that are cross-referenced within the company for optimal repair and service. This is one review I almost hate to write in case demand exceeds capacity to serve, but Im sure Thatch will just hire more talented IT employees to keep up....
