Went in looking for a walker. Clerk said they didnt have all the models out. Went to the back to get it. It was still boxed. She set it up for me to try. Very good customer service.

Weve traded here in the past and had generally good experiences, but our last visit was disappointing. We were looking for wheelchair accessories and the staff had very little knowledge about it. The most helpful thing we got was a list of other local places that could answer our questions.They do have a lot of personal independence items on hand and a ton of clothing for healthcare workers. I feel like thats more their specialty rather than medical devices.

Friendly service. I needed to go to A1 uniforms and did not realize that the uniforms were upstairs. I went into the ground floor door and was greeted by a friendly lady. She welcomed me to the store and informed me that I needed to go upstairs. On my way out she said a goodbye wishing me a good day. Upstairs the same sort of service. Greeted politely I conducted my business and went on my way with another friendly good bye and come again. There is one thing I noticed as a first time customer, there wasnt anything on the building noting I was at the right place. I saw the sign out front on a large pole But might I also suggest a sign on the building or even the door. This would help out other first time customers

The only place I go for scrubs! Staff is really friendly and helpful especially if they dont have what your looking for, they are more than willing to order it in or get what they do have altered for you. I tell everyone to go here!

Great customer service! They had exactly what we needed and were so helpful in getting our stuff ready to pick up. We are from a small town in Wyoming so we were able to call and order the things we needed for a funeral the next day! Thank you to all the ladies that helped us out!

I typically purchase my scrubs here because it is close to my home. However, I have had 3 particularly unpleasant experiences in a row here in the past month with 3 different sales clerks. I ended up purchasing an expensive jacket. I wasnt 100% sure if it would be what I needed for my uniform, so I specifically asked about the return policy. The clerk was new, and had to look in several different places before finding the policy. I was told that I needed to return the item within 30 days, unworn, with the tag still on. She said that I would also need to make sure I had the card that it was purchased with for a refund. 1 week later, I returned to the store to return the jacket. The lady at he counter was very rude and told me that I couldnt return the item without the receipt, regardless of what I was told earlier on. She ended up doing the return for me, but not without making a big, loud deal out of it. Poor customer service! I wont be shopping here again!

NO STARS!! WORST customer service ever. The lady at the counter was obviously having a bad day. Literally, slammed her hands on the counter and emitted a huge sigh when I asked her a question. YELLED at my grandson for touching (not hurting or anything) the lanyards. I will NEVER go back there and hope you do not either. If I could I would give NO stars!! AND SHE WAS THE MANAGER!

Outstanding service and friendly staff. I have short legs and like that they hem for free. Nice selections of scrubs and prices are very good.

I love this place. We had our logo embroidered on our uniforms. They did it right there in their store, fast and an excellent job!
