I really enjoy working with Proponent IT and highly recommend them! The knowledge, skill, and personality of each person at Proponent IT are why I have relied on them for years. They have saved me tons of money but more important, they and saved me so much time. I turn to these guys for everything tech and IT and I mean everything. PC’s, laptops, servers, hosting, networks, WiFi, phone systems, software, camera systems, HIPPA compliance, and way more. My biggest frustration in working with Proponent IT was that I didn’t sign up with their Managed Services sooner. Before I did, I took care of little repairs and troubleshooting because I understand computers (enough) and didn’t want to add expense to my companies. I was so wrong. The cost of lost productivity from even minor problems (often caused by my staff) is 1,000 times more expensive and stressful then the small fee they charge to keep us up and running. Across the country and even in Africa, Proponent IT has worked incredibly hard for me and has earned my business for life!
