Upon searching for a window tinting company, I found Tint Pro and called Rick. He was very informative on the phone and kind, making sure to thank me for considering his company. We called back to make the appointment to have the windows on our vehicle and again, Rick was very nice and thanked me. We arrived at the shop, waiting for a moment and Jose came out to meet us. Rick arrived shortly after and took time to give us options and advice on what would be best for our vehicle. We agreed, and before leaving the parking lot, made an appointment to have our other cars windows tinted the same day. When we picked up both cars we were very impressed with the quality of work, the very affordable pricing, and above all, the over all experience. Rick told us he appreciated our business and we appreciate his willingness to take care of his clients. We will definitely recommend Tint Pro to our friends.

The owner is rude. The communication is horrible. Go somewhere else. These people are NOT good people. The nicest person there is the Spanish lady. Shes sweet. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I hope this catches up to the business because they are NOT professional & they are NOT kind. Waste of money. They also left tint scraps & dirty water marks everywhere.

Seeing all the positive reviews about this location I decided to take a chance and try them. I made an appointment for 10 AM for July 2, 2020. I did not receive my car back until three-ish. When I got my car back I did not notice how dirty they left my My car until I got home they had black marks all over the roof of my car keep in mind I have beige interior. I don’t understand how or why they had this black stuff all over my car. Also the older guy is not the nicest person. All in all save your money and time and go somewhere else. Btw they only accept cash, I was not told that but thank god I had cash on me.

I called and made an appointment with the owner. I arrived and pulled my car into the bay. Then I chose my tint, I was told by the gentleman it was darker than the legal tint and I still chose it. I stood in the bay majority of my service. When it was done there was solution on my seat and doors. I asked the gentleman to please clean it my car was brand new, I’d just purchased it the day before. He stated “it’s just soap and water” and did a poor job cleaning after himself. It’s time to pay and the owner says it’s cash only. I asked why I wasn’t told that beforehand. He said because he didn’t know what percentage tint I wanted over the phone and if he did he wouldn’t discuss illegal tint pricing over the phone. Understandable. I said once I arrived and the gentlemen knew what I wanted as a courtesy he could’ve told me it would be cash only and I would’ve gone to my bank to get the money. He says the ATM fee is cheaper than the taxes and a merchant fee when a card is used which wasn’t my point. I go to back my car out (to go get the money) and he opens my door and tells me I’m not allowed to because it’s a liability for customers to be in the bay despite the fact that I drove my car into the bay and was in the bay the majority of the service. He goes on to tell me I’m telling him how to run his business. He’s the “owner” (which he felt the need to remind me of 9,000 times). I told him I wasn’t but as a courtesy they should make sure the customer is well informed before being serviced so they will be prepared when it’s time to pay. I back out and he’s in the middle of the parking lot having a full blown argument with me, yelling with the hand gestures as well. I had to walk in the hot sun to the ATM and incur a fee. The owner isn’t personable and has poor customer service. I told him he’s rude. He said he has good customer service because my car was done in a timely manner and it looked good; I think he has a problem with knowing the difference between workmanship and custom service. I won’t know if the job is good for days as there are bubbles in the tint now. The owner definitely lacks the ability effectively communicate and listen to the customer to comprehend what they’re trying to tell him. He was so condescending towards me. The worst part is my daughter and I were referred to him by someone he personally knows smh! I DO NOT recommend this “business” to anyone! My brand new seats are still wet!

No issues whatsoever. You work with the owner and he works with you. No hassle, upfront with suggestions for your vehicle. Ive taken both my vehicles here and very satisfied with the work.

Did this before Christmas for my fiance on her car. I drove over a hour these guys were well worth our money. Just saying they r worth it.

Didnt do a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves, I still find tint in my car but the tinting job itself was fantastic, Id recommend them and go back if I needed another car done. They also offer a warranty (so long as your tint is legal and you keep your receipt)

I called and left a message to get prices. They called me back within the hour and quoted an awesome price for my Pacifica and scheduled me that hour. They were very professional and installed quality tint. I waited the time they told me to leave the windows. There has not been any issues with the tint since the day they installed. Called in the early AM of New Year’s Eve interested in getting my car done. They were able to make me an appointment for that same day. The guy who answered the phone (I don’t remember his name) but he was veryyy helpful and kind. He was patient when answering all my questions. The tint was well done and looks great. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that when I went there, the lady who did my tint she just took my contact info and asked what % I wanted on my car. I wasn’t provided with any pictures or anything of how the tints look like the guy on the phone said. This was my first time getting a tint so luckily I did research prior to coming and already knew what to say. But that’s about it. Definitely have already recommended this place to my friends/family. Price was fair, would come again!

Fast, professional, and great quality work. They removed a bubbled and worn tint on my back glass. Now my car looks like new again... and yes, just from the improvement in the back glass. I would definitely return in the future.

Just had my windows tinted there today. Excellent service! They took care of me right away, were very polite, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them and will return in the future.

Just did my office windows. They look great, and I cant believe how much cooler it is! Rick is quick, polite, and good at what he does. And his bid was definitely the cheapest. There was a little of the spray solution on the floor when he was done, but he explained it was just water with a little baby shampoo in it, and it wiped up easily.

They did all my vehicles, in-laws, and a few friends. They are low cost and provide a good quality product. The first vehicle they did for me was a few years ago and that tint is still looking nearly brand new.

I got my tint done a few months ago. (Ceramic tint)Prices where fair. But I’m going to say they left a mess in my car when they were done, I was finding pieces of tint all over the place for weeks. The lady that works there is kind of rude, and the sun strip has tons of bubbles and the back window was done horribly (peeling off and has bubbles) I didn’t touch the windows for a week or even roll them down. She told me 4 days but I waited a week to be safe. I’m going to take it somewhere else to get it re done. I do not recommend this place.

Came across TintPro after not one, but TWO other highly rated tint companies were no-call no-shows over the past week.Unlike those businesses everyone I came into contact with at TintPro were respectful, knowledgeable and hard working.They did an amazing job on my Chrysler 300, and their prices were less than the competitors as well.While I was waiting to be picked up after dropping off my vehicle, they even offered to drive me home.The quality of their work, their professionalism and the courtesy that this business displays is absolutely top notch.I highly recommend TintPro!
