I used Windermere Pools for 6 years while living in Orlando. They saved me a lot of money by identifying smaller inexpensive failing pieces of equipment that would have resulted in catastrophic failures if not fixed. They also managed my pool while the pool deck was being refinished and replaced a pool light at one point. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional. I recommend them to any and everyone!!!

For some 20 years I have taken care of my own pool, which is open air near some large trees. Early this summer I found out that I had Leukemia and would be undergoing a bone marrow transplant. Windermere pools has always done a great job for me and my company. they take care of all my rental houses and have always been outstanding. I once had an issue where my pool drained because a pipe broke it was 5:30 in the afternoon and within a half an hour they showed up and fix the pipe and we had the pool refilled before it could pop. This company is very professional and really cares about customer satisfaction. I purchased a new pool/spa heater from them and they had it installed in a few days. My pool electronics are analog and the new heater is digital. Don worked around that and got it running perfect. The money Ill save on natural gas with this new efficient heater will probably pay for it in 3-4 years time.

Winderemere Pool has an excellent service. I had a leak the other day at the pool equipment, called Joe, the owner, he sent my pool man out right away and fixed the problem. End of worrying about where the leak was coming from. They do an excellent job of cleaning the pool, always prompt arrive the same time same day every week very polite and very efficient. If you need service of your pool or screen that he cannot handle he recommends reliable people who get the job done. I have had many pool companies but Winderemere Pool is the BEST!

We love Windemere Pools. Their entire staff is always courteous and very knowledgeable. From answering a question on the phone or diagnosing a problem with the pool system, they always satisfy. Last year we purchased a new pool heater from them. There was a problem with it that was the manufactures responsibility but they fought for us until the manufacturer resolved the problem. We highly recommend Windemere Pool😊

Asked for a quote from Windermere Pools, received a quote then was told they would not accept credit card for payment even though they advertise credit cards being accepted on their website. Tried to figure out a solution that would work for them and asked for a phone call to discuss things further after trying to call for several days with no answer, never received a return phone call.

Their staff is SUPER friendly and professional! They even came out and made a special trip to save a turtle from our pool!

I had 2 experiences with Windermere Pool Service; one good and one bad.Bad: I called WPS to take a look at my pump since it was consistently having bubbles and not filling to the top and I think it may be clogged. The rep on the phone said they could look into it and fix it. The person came out and after an hour told me its no way the pump and it has to be a leak. (unfortunately my mistake in telling him there was a leak 6 month previous) I had asked him could it be that its clogged since we have leaves and he said he doubts it and that he did not have the air compressor on him and in order for him to do it, he would have to come back another day and charge an extra $50 dollars. Some how he wanted to charge me for something he did not bring. WTH.So he left without fixing my pool and charged me $90 and blamed it on something else. I had a leak guy come out and he takes one look at it and tell me its clogged takes out the air compressor and unclogs it.Be very careful when getting a service check from WPS, as what they did was very lazy and charged when they did nothing to fix it.Good: a year previous to my bad experience they installed a new motor the same day. which is why i decided to use them again a year later.
